- There’s nothing wrong with the hotel, so I have nothing to complain about, however when compared to some competitors the price is a bit higher and I couldn’t really see what I was getting for the extra $. The entertainment system in the room is good, but I never hang around in rooms when traveling, so maybe that’s lost on me. The staff were friendly and nice.
- Good value budget hotel. Close to Hashimoto train station with good amount of eateriesand shopping. There aren't many other hotels in neighborhood so this was chosen by default.
- 1. The location of the hotel was a few minutes' walk from the metro train station and only a few minutes walk to the AEON shopping mall with many good food outlets also nearby.2. The hotel overall facilities, cleanliness qnd staff were very pleasant... but only ONE Major item was to be the only real reason for the overall poor rating that I have to rank this hotel... pls see the reason given in the next review question below.

- Not all rooms are renovated. Some are ok some not ok. For example, the one stayed on September 18 to 21 looks old and even had mold stains lightly white washed. It didn't have controls for Air Conditioner or heat, just got the temperature set by hotel. This is room 205. Try not to get rooms on the 2nd floor.
- Only one major item I had was the very soft bedding itself... I had booked both a Single and Double rooms... and all the beds, though clean, were very soft, such that your body sinks in and causes back strain/sprain as u sleep, very very uncomfortable.

5 mins walk to Hashimoto Station. Near Aeon Hashimoto Store with big supermarket. Lots of cafes and restaurant nearby.

My room was supposed to be a doble bed and only got one twin bed Also my room was dirty, bed smells really badWalls where dirty. Everything in general was dirty and smell bad
The bed, bathroom, nice AC Unit, and easy to use, I didn't have much issues with language
Would have been nice if they left us water bottles and more bathroom items like a comb or a razor. And to get rid of the huge step when coming out of the bathroom.

Not up to date...if I remember right it’s more than 30 years old...my personal opinion is that not a lot changed since the opening...Where is the APA standard? If it would be a Hilton it would be closed immediately and the guest would get a full refund...
