I have stayed here many times and I am always pleased with the facilities, the service, the breakfast, the cleanliness of the room, and especially the location including a window room overlooking the street.
All was perfect
Convenient location to work, rail/bus/taxi locations, and restaurants/entertainment.
very small rooms for someone traveling with two. again because of work gear and being here a month

The employees are really bad at English. Even the more experienced one dont speak english that good. The facilities werent in english. It would be better to place the translation beneath the japanese text.Breakfast;Cheap.
Spacious for our family of 3 compared other hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan. The staff were very nice to us even though we couldn’t speak Japanese when checking in. Love the complementary light breakfast . Would stay again when we visit family that’s close by.
conveniently located near the station
The bed was not soft. It was hard.
We liked the breakfast: both western and Japanese food.
None that I remember of.
It was comfortable, convenient and easy
