Location, room and breakfast were fine
There was no free parking as advertised on booking.com. I messaged the hotel twice about parking and received no response. When I arrived at the hotel, they said there was no parking lot. I ended up paying 8400 yen for 22 hours of parking.
Bad
When i check-in, the reception only one young girl but she 100% don't understand english. She have to call another guy from another hotel. In checkout date, hotel cannot provide luggage storage until to afternoon i take back. This is my first time to face the hotel how entertain their guest.
The receptionist was really nice and helpful.
