Rembrandt Hotel Atsugi

i liked the reception level of the hotel it was very welcoming and grand

i did not like the room at all, it was supposed to be non smoking but all you can smell was cigarettes and the room did not look like what was portrayed on the site i purchased the room from. room looked dirty as well if it wasnt for me having my family there i would have rather just slept in the car.

Staff are all very wonderful and kind, the rooms are impeccably clean and the location is inside the city close to the train station.

Location was excellent for my trip, near the train station. Luxurious hotel, very clean.

Food selection was poor. But there are many restaurants and kiosks around the hotel, so not much of a problem.

Room space as well as the distance to station and bus stop.

Unfortunately, the refrigerator is a bit loud, as is the toilet flush, which also runs for minutes, which is not good, especially at night

Laundry dryer didn’t work

Good breakfast and easy for parking if you have a car rented. Comfy beds but could do with more pillows? it was one per bed ?. Overall it's ok and for smoker there are smokimg rooms

We like the location, it is in a nice quiet area and yet a convenient walk from the Train Station. This was our 2nd stay at this Hotel and it was another nice visit. I recommend the Breakfast before your head out for the day.

It’s an old hotel, room needs renovation.It had an old motel kinda vibe. Didn’t realize there was a smoking room until I booked it. Smells horrible for people who don’t smoke.I wanted to upgrade(willing to pay the difference)to the newer renovated rooms that was available online but they keep telling me there’s no availability so I just booked another room and moved to the newer room ourselves. Definitely will never stay here again.

Room was old, small and dirty, only one small pillow. Room wall paints are worn.

It was very clean and a great location for food and the station.

The Bathroom was a little small and there was no internet on the TV

The breakfast was delicious. I loved the buffet style and windows viewing the street. Lots of Japanese and Western Cuisine. I personally loved the omelette and sausages. If you didn't add breakfast already then they just take your room number and add it to the bill later (1600 yen). There is also a small beautiful rooftop chapel.

The room had scuffs from previous use here and there, like scuffs from furniture up against the wall, I'm guessing that the interior hasnt been updated in awhile; but everything is there and the beds really were quite comfy.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic 4-night stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and polite, always ready to help and were able to communicate with me in my native English. I particularly appreciated their efforts with the Ta-Q-Bin and completing the waybill for me.The central location of the hotel in Atsugi was perfect, with shops, konbini, a train station (on the Odakyu line), restaurants, shopping malls and leisure activities all within easy reach. Yet the hotel was very quiet and peaceful to sleep in at night.The hotel facilities were top-notch, featuring vending machines, an ice machine, a lovely bar, shops and a delightful restaurant. The buffet breakfast was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options, both Western style and Japanese style. I must particularly express my thanks to the breakfast staff for their excellent service and very pleasant demeanour.My room was well-equipped with air conditioning, a dehumidifier, tv, fridge, pyjamas, a trouser press, slippers, and even a shoe-horn, making my stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was also well stocked with personal products like a toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor, wash cloth. Literally everything you could possibly need. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience!Lastly, the value, which was incredible, given the level of service, the inclusive buffet breakfast, the amazing staff, the room facilities and the complimentary products.I must express my gratitude for a very enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay again if I were to visit the Kanagawa area again.

The room decor was a little bit dated, but did not detract from my stay at all.

Close to Hon Atsugi station. Lots of restaurants options nearby and MyLord malls is 5 minutes away.

1. During booking process on booking.com it is clearly stated that only the hotel can issue an invoice. The hotel refused to give me an invoice because I did payment via booking.com. Also booking.com refused to issue an invoice. In this case I will not get the refund of my trip by my company because I didn't get a valid invoice. Even after several requests the hotel refused to issue an invoice.That is really bad service and for me inacceptable. I will not visit the hotel again nor will I use booking.com for business trips.2. Hotel Staff could speak more English please.

Breakfast was great, a variety of dishes for selection

Hotel was a bit old, but quite clean. Price was reasonable, so no reason to complain.

Slight issue with the plumbing.Sink was blocked a little bit meaning that it took some time to clear Toilet Bidet didnt work - Not an issue if you dont use it

The location is awesome, shopping centers and convenient stores are within walking distance.
