HOTEL MYSTAYS Atsugi

Clean, wonderful staff, close to shopping and train station

Close to train station, clean room, nice staff close to shopping and markets

Very clean, the staff are very kind and understanding. The location is extremely continent to the train station. And if you reserve the parking ahead it’s really nice compared to others in the area.

You will like this property there is nothing I can say that I didn’t like about this property

It is very clean and has clean washing room areas and easy access to the train station

You won’t not like this property I think it’s the best in Atsugi

Easy check in, very clean and close to train station it was easy to get here.

Room is super small but that is common.

Got in late and only stayed the night. The room was nice and clean. The bed was ok but a bit on the hard side.

Limited parking and automated message from booking said my request for a space to be reserved would be accommodated. It was not. Bright side, I found cheaper parking relatively nearby. If you need parking, reserve way ahead.

I liked the customer service and the cleanliness

It took a while for the room to cool off at night. The ventilation could have been better but other than that everything was good

The breakfast was amazing! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from

There was no means of keeping the room warm. It was too cold at night. And there was no heater neither an air conditioner.. A heater was essential

Clean, nice, room was exactly as expected!

The sidewalks leading to the station were a little narrow.

Location, cleanliness

I did not much like the welcoming at the reception desk. I felt they were a bit cold to us.

Only a few minutes from the station so it’s convenient and you don’t hear the trains. There was a convenience store and grocery store nearby. Also it was quite clean.

The room was a little small but the bed was a good size.

Location is right near a convenience store and grocery across the street. Room was standard for Japan.

Convenienceo

Beds are too hard, car parking is too expensive, should only be 800 yen not 1200Bathroom too small for meWi dows not sound proof to keep the street noise outNoisy people on my level

breakfast is delicious 。

"There is no doormat. After taking a shower, I had to use a bath towel to dry my feet."

Decent location as it is 3 blocks from Hon-Atsugi station but significantly less expensive than hotels immediately near the station. I loved that there were a large grocery store right across the street that offered take-away meals as an alternative to eating in restaurants my whole trip. The hotel was good, clean, and the staff friendly. The breakfast selection was a good combination of Japanese and North American style.

I didn't learn about the free wifi until the second day of my visit. Similarly, I had to do to some sleuthing to figure out how to work the AC and bathroom lights (FYI - you need to put the key ring into the holder by the door to get them to activate).

the room was non-smoking but the room stank of cigarettes.

The room was for two adults and 1 child aged 7! we asked for a double room in the reservation when arriving at the room it was not, it only had two armchairs and it was not possible to sleep the 3 in the same bed because it was too small.

Not fancy but had everything needed
