Hotel Harbour Yokosuka

The location was great, near the train station, restaurants, shopping mall, and parks.

For two people the room was very small. For a single person traveling lite great room.

I needed a room on short notice and they accommodated my late arrival.

Only room left was a smoking room, the smell was somehow worse in the shower.

The staff was nice and helpful and the location was great for what I needed.

The room had dust and grim on the walls and the carpet was peeling. Could use an update to the furniture and a fresh coat of paint.

The location was great, near the train station, mall and Naval Base.

Affordable, close by train station mall and military base

Close to the station, to the park, to convenient store, nice shower, AC, bed and TV

Whole room is old fashion, furnitures are old but not dirty

All staff are very kind, friendly, and willing to support. The rooms are clean even though they are old. The location is good, near both Yokosuka and Shioiri stations. Also, it is close to the park by the bay.

Location is only the good thing I can say about the hotel.

It’s an old hotel which needs renovations.Room was not very clean. Furniture was old.The sound isolation was poor.

The hotel is close to base, downtown is in a walkable distance. Price-quality relationship is good, sufficiently good room for affordable price. Staffs are kind and do their best to help me.

Location and staff. Extremely helpful staff, they go out of their way to help their guest.

Smoking room, the smell of smoke was too strong and unfortunately non-smoking rooms are full when we booked.

The room was large by Japanese standards and included a functional desk, plus a small table with two sitting chairs and space around them. Very handy to rail line and shopping center.

Great value and great location close the mall, train station and base. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facility is very clean.

Room design but certainly bigger than many hotels I have stayed in here in Japan. The breakfast was okay.

The location of the hotel was great. The room was bigger than the other hotel I was in the previous day and it didn't smell of smoke.

Parking, the staff didn't mention that there was a fee for parking. I didnt see it until I was checking out. No big deal, but I think that should had been stated upon check-in.

Outstanding customer service, nice clean and quiet room and near to food and restaurants! Would come back again in this location!

The cleanliness was good and the staff was very helpful.

I didn’t like to bathroom area, the toilet was too close to the sink the lid wasnt able to stay up properly.
