location is great

One room is a bit smell, perhaps that was smoking room. Understood that the hotel tried to accommodate our request for 2 rooms.not much space in the room, hard to put 2 suitcases.

Parking was very inconvenient. We couldn’t secure a non-smoking room so it was horrible to smell smoke the entire stay from the time of elevator exit into the room and in the room. We are non-smokers. The entry lobby looked nothing like the pictures. Much much older and worn out hotel than the pictures. This is called “bait and switch” deceptive marketing. The marketing pictures should look more realistic. The reviews were not accurate at all.

Within 5min walk of Hon-Atsugi Station.Staff was very accommodating, especially for my very basic Japanese. Ability to see laundry status/pay for laundry with phone.

Very dated facility - in need of TLCElevators smelled strongly of tobacco. Bed was very old and not very comfortable. Small plumbing issue (resolved quickly by staff though) Window was located behind the TV and very awkward to get to.You are not able to set the temperature for your room (like many other hotels in Japan). It's set by the hotel and you either have heat or cool - on some hotter days, hotel was only running heat still which made it VERY stuffy/hot in the room.

Great location, friendly staff and very clean rooms

The location was super convenient. Only a few minutes from Hon-Atsugi train station and from many restaurants and banks. There was a nice cafe right across from the hotel that provides breakfast special around 600 yen. The hotel will let you leave your luggage after you check out. I like firmer mattress, so I loved the bed.

The room was small and no breakfast for the price they charged. No ice machine.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Accommodating staff. Good breakfast and good amenities (they have hair dryer toothbrush with small toothpaste, it has E-kettle you can drink coffee anytime)

Friendly staff, large room. Close to Hon-Atsugi Train Station. I was at this hotel twice before.

The breakfast was fantastic

My room's only window was roughly 1 meter away from a concrete wall in a narrow alleyway. All the other facilities were comfortable, but the room felt depressing due to lack of sunlight. (It was too dark to read the number on my room key in the middle of the day)

Great location, convenient for Hon-Atsugi station and the airport bus as well. Really comfortable beds, and quiet - perfect for our needs. Also had a coin laundrette on site which we appreciated by the end of the trip. Friendly staff and free supplies of some toiletries in the lobby. Overall great value for money.

Make sure to book a non smoking room - we were on the smoking floor very briefly and the smell made us feel a bit sick. But no problem at all on the non smoking floor.

The room was inexpensive and the staff were pleasant. It is a short walk from Hon-atsugi station. The bathroom was very nice.

We had a non-smoking room, but the elevators and hallways smell like smoke. The room itself is too small to comfortably open even carry-on luggage. The bed was extraordinarily creaky but large, and you can hear anybody who talks in the hallways. The surrounding area felt a bit sketchy at night, and it's honestly not close enough to Tokyo to justify spending time in Atsugi.

Location near the station on Odakyu line. Very convenient for side trips to hakone and Kamakura. Lots of food choices and convenience stores around the hotel. Comfortable room

Towels can be better, more hangers and hooks would be useful. Pillows were soft so bring your own if you like firm ones.

Close to major transport hub. Relatively clean and quiet.

The temperature controls in the room are useless. They have set central heating to everywhere and the only way to cool the room down is to turn off in the A/C in the room, which is not cool enough for my needs and needed up sweating like crazy inside the room. So was rather unpleasant.

Great location, just minutes walk from train station and good bus transportation. Great breakfast, too. They accepted my shipped luggage 10 days ahead of my arrival.

Staff's English is very poor. They refused to make a call to a table tennis ? place for me. I asked because the person there could not speak English. They said telephone calling is not part of the service. Really? I don't think so. And even if it's not, they don't have good customer service. Such a small request and simple for them to make a call. Also, I asked about bus transportation to Heneda, if they would give me a change at the bus place. The man said we could make changes for you. When I got to the bus depot, the man asked if I had a reservation. He then showed me that no reservation was a later bus. He said I could have booked it and paid at my hotel! Wow. My hotel didn't do that for me. One other time, I asked about the bus. A youman just pulled out a map and explained to me in Japanese where the bus stop was. That's it. Nothing else. This is so disappointing and such bad experiences of poor customer service!I stayed there 6 nights.

Location is very convenient for me station is very near, and I could find good shopping places. Good services and staff.

I think there should small cupboard for keeping cloths, there is no space for keeping cloths.

Towels and TV is clean and great

It was really hot, and even when the heater was off it was still hot to the point I had trouble sleeping at night. The fridge is also only semi cold so I wouldn't trust it too much. There also wasn't a place I could charge my phone close to the bed

The location is very close to Hon-Atsugi station and on the main street. The staffs are friendly.

The hotel is clean and the staff and management was very helpful. The online app made an error with my booking but when I got to the hotel the staff quickly resolved the issue even though it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very reliable and it was a comfortable stay.
