Convenient location to Ebina station.

Too hot. You cant turn off the heat. I had the temp adjusted to 59 F but it felt like 80s. I was hot and sweating in my room and had to keep my windows open.

The location was just perfect. 7 minutes walk from the train station and there is a mall, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The hotel also held our luggage after check-out.

Sipmple, clean and up to date accommodations. Great having laundry facilites on site. 7-11 right out the front door and less than 5 minute walk to the train station.

Only thing is the tv service was terrible. News and qvc style home shopping channels is all I got.

It met our needs, it was close to the airport.

The rooms were a little too small to move around.

Everything was good

It was close to the train station. Good breakfast each morning. Right near several malls and shopping centers. My favorite is that I could walk straight out the back door, cross the parking lot to the shopping plaza, up one set of stairs and walk straight into a massage place. The older gentleman got me right in and he was excellent. I went 3x while I stayed at this hotel. Super cheap and excellent! They also offer in room massage and I tried that service 1x. It was also very good. Loved the shower pressure. Friendly staff. Lots of food choices nearby.

Our room was quite small and hard to maneuver around with two people. We would take turns while one of us waited in the bed. No place to unpack suitcases. I think that is probably standard for Japan. Hard pillows. Slightly smelly room odor. Just an sourish smell. They provide room spray and we opened our window which helped.

It was a nice hotel to stay. The staff was so kind. It was near to the station and to the restaurant.

They dont have youtube channel on the T.V which i like most

Everything! Newly updated, very clean and user-friendly facilities. Beautifully amenities, in close proximity to the 7-11 and the train station. Friendly and courteous staff. Very cool A/C.

I like everything about the property. If I have to be critical, the only thing I didn’t like is that the rooms are very very small. But that’s normal for hotels in Japan.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was a great size for one or two people, but what really stood out was the fantastic location. Just a 2-minute walk to nearby Ebina station and surrounded by restaurants, it was incredibly convenient. Plus, having a convenience store right beside the hotel was a bonus.The hotel itself is a tall, clean building with complete amenities. But what really made my stay special was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home.They also have a laundry area which is perfect since I travel light.Overall, I'd highly recommend this cozy hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The room size, it might be a bit tight for travelers with multiple large luggage pieces. However, for solo travelers like myself with minimal luggage, the room size was perfect.I did experience a slight issue with the room temperature, as it felt a bit warm. I tried adjusting the controls, but eventually opened the window for some fresh air. The staff advised me to turn off the AC and open the window instead - perhaps a brief guide on using the controls would be helpful.Despite these minor points, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The room itself was cozy, clean, and comfortable, with a pleasant scent. The bed sheets were fresh, and I appreciated having a separate bath and toilet. The amenities were also complete and convenient.

Very close to the railway station, we stayed here as in the centre of Tokyo prices were very high at the weekend, it was only about 40 by train from the centre. Staff were very friendly, there is 7 eleven under the Hotel.

Typical small Japan hotel rooms. Rooms were very clean and staff was very nice and helpful.

Hotel Vista is located in a super convenient location, minutes walk to Ebina station, and supermarkets/shopping centers. The room is super clean, and bed is extremely comfortable.

The chair was too soft, and not tall enough, it kinda hurt my back lol. But it is not a big deal

Total value: Location, breakfast, clean rooms and bath, helpful and friendly staff.

A bit more room to store clothes would be helpful
