    Pros +

    • Location, location, location. It's all about the convenience when you stay here. The lobby connects to a shopping center. Tons of major brand shops and restaurants. Great bakeries, Starbucks and grocery store downstairs. There is another shopping mall outside of the hotel and there are great restaurants all over the area. The train station is also downstairs.
    • Good breakfast. Great location near the train station. Right above restaurants and grocery store.
    • Great location in Sagami Ono Station Square. You’re surrounded by restaurants and shops, and you don’t even have to leave the building.Great room. The room was very spacious and had a full closet, a number of drawers, and a 10 foot countertop with TV, charging stations, an electric water heater and refrigerator. The staff was really courteous and helpful. This is the best Japanese hotel. I have stayed in during my dozen plus hotel stays over the last three years. The breakfast was one of the best and not crowded.

    Cons -

    • Didn't find much to not like. Maybe the pillows. They were kinda of hard.
    • The typical Japanese bid was on the firm side.
    • Dated, late breakfast start not enough washers and dryers.

    Location to the station.

I travel to Japan 2-3 times a year and stay at this hotel. We had a group of 5 traveling this time. We started with a 3 night stay at this hotel and ended it with a 2 night stay. Never once has this hotel recognized my stay or offered a room upgrade.

The hotel was clean, easy to get to and the food was AMAZING (diverse, tasty and healthy). The hotel is right next to the train station and a big shopping center--where you have even more delicious culinary options to chose from. Easy travel to Haneda airport (by shuttle about 2 hours, by car about 1 hour).

The hotel is connected to the train station and a shopping mall. Drug store, grocery store and many other stores are located just steps away. Uniqlo, GU and Jins are also in this mall. There is also a big shopping mall next door. They also opened a restaurant and coffee shop on the lobby level.

Connected to the mall and train station. Easy off and on.Totally convenient. Compared to bustling Shinjuku & Yokohama, this hotel stay was in a more serenity location at a much morereasonable price.

Nothing. My purpose was to visit nearby Camp Zama and the housing areain Sagamihara; two short stops away. Awesome Mountain Views from the 14th floor. A genuine massage shop was right out the 7th floor lobby. Also, a JapaneseBuffet provided meals (for a price) at breakfast & lunch. Other restaurants on the8th floor in the adjacent mall. What's not to like.

Excellent staff, clean rooms and the entire building, and security measures are excellent. The breakfast is served in the restaurant within the building. It offers healthy food options. Great location for train, airport bus etc.

Always happy with professional staff and size of room, bathroom roomy and comfortable. Closet great for hanging clothes and luggage storage. Great stay as expected, will stay again on our next trip.

The shower curtain smelled kind of bad, requested a curtain change, but replacement if done was the same. Other that that great stay.

Room was great as expected we have stayed before and look forward to next stay.

Stay was great if one improvement could be made additional drawer space would make it perfect. But otherwise good as expected.

Excellent staff, location, breakfast. Our room was kept spotless. We stay here when we visit our family and friends. It is worth to spend little more to stay here than other small businesses hotels.

Fantastic location very convenient with the train station below and shops all around.

The breakfast that I paid wasn’t all that great it was the same food everyday which got boating cuz we stayed there for 6 days. Maybe the meats need to change up every other day so it’s interesting.

Friendly and helpful staff plus lots of conveniences like a microwave and full laundry area

Its in a mall area and there were people with a megaphone talking outside for a portion of the day and night.

    10MotokoPosted on: 11-8-2024

Excellent breakfast. Diverse and always fresh too!

A bit far from most central places in the city, but very convenient access to train station and warm and lovely area.

It has been hard trying to get an English receipt for what I paid while there.....for all 3 days...and no one informed me I needed a 2 prong piece to connect to my work laptopTV did not work

Good location for shopping and public transportation. Cleanness. Good staffVery comfortable for long stay.

After I came back from outside and opened my room door, I smelled something very strange odor.It looked like smoking or mold.

    9JillPosted on: 5-27-2024

The location is extremely convenient. There is a bus direct from Haneda, it is connected to the subway station, and there are several decent restaurants in the connecting mall. You really never have to leave.

The bed and pillows were fairly uncomfortable but pretty typical for Japan standards

Great location- steps from the train station. Lots of food options close by. Nice property and friendly staff.
