pool wasn’t open but I guess you need to do the upgrades sometime in the year and this was the beat silent period to do it!

The facility was beautiful and staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The view from the room was spectacular!

The bed was lower than we thought. Was very difficult getting up from the bed. Eating with multiple people hard since there was no stand alone table with chairs.

I was a little apprehensive about paying so much for a breakfast buffet, but it was totally worth it. There's a wide variety of options to suit all tastes and ages. The omelet and the freshly-baked croissants were amazing. Unfortunately, the croissants are gone asap they are put out, so you have to watch the time and queue up for them. Christmas decorations and holiday trains are wonderful and very enjoyable for children to experience. But let's be honest, we all go here for the pool and onsen. It's one of the best (and cleanest) and you never have to worry about finding random trash or hair floating around. I hope Hilton continues to keep this high standard, because my family loves coming here.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable from what I had previously experienced. Food options close early around 9 pm, and there's only a small shoppette with limited choices. It's important to know that if you stay in the pool until closing, you should have your own snacks prepared beforehand because room service will be over, and there's nothing nearby. But you can always sleep off any hunger and wake up early for the delicious breakfast buffet :)

Location on the hill with good views. Property is serene and has an awesome view. Restaurants located within are very good.

Power went out due to storms. Breakfast was lacking.

Loved the whole complex and the facilities for activities.

This is our comeback hotel. This is our third time in a year and we plan on coming again

The hotel is located on top of a hill with spectacular views over the ocean. The swimming pools and onsen are amazing and super relaxing. Staff is very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast is very nice although we would have loved to see a bit more Western food. We stayed there twice in ine week. The second time we got an upgrade to an amazing suite with a seperate tatami room.

The grounds I believe are beautiful and green around the end of April or may but were not pretty end of march as everything brown yet, the staff are fantastic, breakfast good, they had a free shuttle to Odawara that was fantastic, the ocean view from the window is great but the rooms are tiny.

They have these stupid sliding doors on the room entrance and the bathroom, they don’t seal off so the hall noise and especially your neighbors noise echo in your room so loud you think they’re trying to get into your room, the doors shut automatically with a bang so you’re woken as long as guests are still going to their rooms, also the restroom door the same, old bad rollers that are noisy and so you are woken every time your roommate uses the restroom plus since the door doesn’t close nicely, the restroom noises echo into the room, the restroom is seriously outdated also, it’s easy to see the hotel had grandeur at some point but it’s past that point imo. If the whole idea of a hotel is rest, peace and relaxation, that isn’t really how we felt.

Loved the room. Breakfast was delicious and very versatile .pool was great and fitness cemter.

If it were possible to give a higher rating than 5 I would, 10 sounds good. We were greeted by Shinoda-san and the service he provided was outstanding. We felt like special guests from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Staff was outstanding, Facilities were outstanding. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities. We will definitely be back.

There was not anything we did not like. We wished we had booked for two days instead of one, but the next time we will book for two days.

The spacious well-maintained grounds and facilities are quite welcoming ; despite being large the lobby is furnished with enough comfortable chairs ,sofas that rugs that somehow makes one warm and at home. The room was well equipped with a spacious bathroom.

We thought the cost of meals food was a bit pricey.

The room was not good for the price. No one came to setup futons in tatami room. No extra linen for tatami room. Food was not good, except the soup. Order was forgot. Had to contact twice to get order

This hotel is beautiful. The pools and onsen were amazing. The staff was professional and accommodating. We felt taken care of the entire time. The food was excellent, particularly the breakfast buffet. There is a shuttle that takes you to town.

All was good.

So many activities and facilities to choose from: bowling, tennis, badminton, mini golf, pool, etc. Perfect for staycations.

The best Hilton we stayed at!24/7 gym, amazing pools open until 21.00, we got the best service ever. The hotel includes a shuttle from odawara station, and the service is sooo good! Everyone in the staff is kind, warm , and caring! Arrigato!! Thank you thank you thank you for such an amazing experience!!

A great location for families with kids. A really good indoor and outdoor pool area plus a proper swimming pool for the more serious swimmer. The room was very spacious, clean and the beds and futons allowed for a pleasant nights rest.The onsen area was very good.

There was a lack of affordable eating options. We used room service but wonder how they can justify 3100 yen for a carbonara which was mediocre at best. The burger was good but overpriced at 3700 yen. The gym is spacious but the absence of a bench press was disappointing.

I know Hilton has been providing excellent service in hospitality industry. Hilton Odawara did it even better this time! I was going to Osaka from Odawara and needed help to ship my luggage over to an unmanned apartment. Siyeon, Ito and Goto has been really helpful to make sure I know what to expect and what details needed and what I need to do for receiving my baggage. Thanks so much Hilton Odawara!

Was trying to iron my clothes but there's a dated iron that I don't know how it functions... Not a biggy but something that I did notice that has room for improvement:)

The room was spacious and comfortable. We had the most beautiful sea view. Staff were attentive and friendly. The facilities are amazing. My 12-year old twins love it and want to go back very soon

The menu at the restaurant is a bit limited. More variety on the menu would be appreciated
