Myeongjak Hotel

Rooms were big and bathroom/toilet were also quite spacious. There was parking available at the property, the owner was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided, although limited, was more than enough for us as we like to eat light in the mornings.

Bathroom tiles were a little dirty but nothing too bad.

Light foods for breakfast were good. There were some complaints about smoking smell, but this time I couldn't catch it. Location was convenient for my business, but if people walk just around downtown, it doesn't matter because the city's central area is not so big. Room was relatively clean.

No door to the shower booth. Room floor is stone-like artificial marble. It is not slippery but it causes noisy sound when pulling or pushing chair.

The towel and bed sheets is clean.

The toilet door is glasses and can see through, bath tub also no door. My rooms can stay up to 4 pax, is inconvenient to used toilet and bathing. Although I’m staying with my kids but also not so good.

No windows in the room, gives it a prison or bunker feeling, no common areas, not a lot of food for breakfast

Room was mouldy, toilet door couldnt close properly, room smelt of smoke even though it was non smoking. Shower was in the same place as the toiletbowl causing the toilet paper to be wet

It’s a love hotel. The toilet does not have a door

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location. Close to restaurants and shops. The front staff are very helpful and even helped us with our laundry by allowing us to use the hotel's washing machine and also called for taxis on our behalf. I would recommend this hotel and gladly stay again.

The breakfast was the same every day.

The lady who runs the place is super friendly! She is helpful; loves to make some contact, is interested and provides you free water and information if needed. She makes it such a nice place.

They had an actual jacuzzi in the room ?The design of the room was interesting and spacious, we had all the amenities and WiFi included. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The air con worked well and we could have a good rest here.

Some areas could have been cleaner, and there could be a bigger car park.

The location was good. We got an upgraded-room for free which was nice. We had a big tub and massage chair even.

The staff couldn’t speak English which was a problem for my bf (he’s not Korean). And i felt it was more like a motel than hotel.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes by car from Chuncheon Station. All of the services in the room worked and there were no issues while staying.

The breakfast was simple, not a lot of options to choose from. Also, the building is more like a motel than a hotel.

I like buffet breakfast but I didn't like buffets location. Because buffet was in front of the hotel main gate.
