Pros +
- It's in a convenient area with access to shops and transport . Room is big , suitable to stay with big family .
- Very clean and huge room. Staff very helpful
- Spacious bedroom. I've made reservation for family which consist of 2 units of king size bed. So comfortable. There is air-conditioning room & fan also. Overall, I was satisfied during my stay.
Cons -
- The cleanliness of the toilet - pleas clean up properly of the toilet bowl & floor. Saw hair band also in the toilet rack. Saw some wasted tissue on the floor. Looks like left by previous guest - did not clean up properly.Mattress - time for hotel management to change it I think
- Suggest to put iron board and iron each of the room for convenient for the guest.
- Things to improve:Need to clean the room particularly although no visitors booking for the room, especially family room, as there were sort of unpleasant smell inside the room and toilet. Room also got dust on the bedside and the edge of the furniture, my kids and I sneezed once we woke up the next morning.
