The location is good. Walking distance to the beach. Main road is not busy. There are 2 small gerai nearby for tea break & simple dinner.Friendly staff.
The room is not sound proof.No breakfast, u have to drive to get breakfast.The bathroom is very small (Japanese apartment style)

Size _ even it budget hotel, should be can walk around the room, difficult to do prayer cause the spaces is small, need to move the bed. The toilet quite big surprise cause it seem bigger than the room. The receptionist on the night syift_ the malay girls with short hair. We check-in quite late just for sleep and her act like not willing to entertain us. Tired maybe?.

It was a cramp hotel room with no window. Some ppl might feel it too stuffy with the layout

Not very well maintained. For example, the spray gun for the WC was missing, never replaced. The toilet had a leak so noisy all night.
The location is good nearby to many facilities such as bank, eateries etc.
The room is a bit small and there is steps to the bathroom... quite dangerous specially for elders.
