- Very worst service, no telephone facilities, No Hot Water facilities, very very worst Hotel in kodaikanal
- Breakfast was ok, check-in was fine.
Cons -
- 1. Age limit for childern under 17 years (as per Booking.com) was not agreeable to Hotel staff. This need to be addressed. Even they objected (3 doubroom for 4 adult + 2 children (17,14 years))
- Very worst service, no telephone facilities, No Hot Water facilities, very very worst Hotel in kodaikanal.
- The staff had no idea of the existence and starting spots of trekking trails (one of the most famous attractions in Kodaikanal). At check out, totally unexpectedly, they wanted to charge an extra 300rps for my driver who had slept in his car in the hotel's parking (after a discussion, the manager returned me the sum before leaving). The hotel does not provide toilet paper.

Room, interiors, staff and facilities, bed, furnitures, window view,
buffet breakfast was disappointed. in room we did not have drining water, for every call we had to wait nearly 30-45 minutes for drinking water,
The staff were so good. I forgot the license over there and they were kind enough to send it via courier to me within 2 days.
