Not recomended

Dirty, smelly bathroom. Weak Wi-Fi. Hot water available only a few hours a day, and even then, only partly hot. The nearby church plays loud music from 6 a.m. Breakfast was late

Location was very good. Clean rooms and spacious too.

Staff were arguing with each other in front of the guests. When you order coffee as room service, it takes 30-40mins to comes and is warm (not hot).

Near to the center of kodaikanal, staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a peaceful stay.

Disappointing

Very derty room, toilet and bed sheet not clean I'm never recommended for any one.Very bad experience

Excellent location. Courteous staff.and above all splendid, Excellent food and great taxi service by Kennady. He is so nice humble and knows all places across kodaikanal and drives safe.Value for money. Need still to take care on hygiene. And can provide basic toilettereis and house keepingBut overall super excited to.be back.

House keepping

Great onboarding. Rooms were awesome, clean and neat. We have planned for candle light dinner and the same has been done on request with camp fire. The environment was so awesome and well maintained by staffs. Good for nature lovers

They may keep some air fragrance.

Bed sheet was not clean, broken mug in the bathroom,no toiletries.

It is located amidst the mountains with beautiful scenery. The rooms are also well maintained. The food is also good

Breakfast can be complimentary as the price we are paying is quite reasonable Located 2km from city centre and there are no autos so commuting is a problem

Outer ambiance was good.

Not at all worth for 4.2k, and that too without the breakfast. 1st of all, I got a different room than what I booked online. The room was size wise ok ok. The bathroom was stinking. wifi was very slow to use. with this wifi speed better to tell, the internet facility is not available, bring your own arrangements. My room was around 3 story below. Climbing up was very difficult road. better keep some facility in down floor also.

Staffs were very helpful and the location is near to the Kodaikanal town area. Theme of the place was nice, You can see lot of quotes which I personally liked. Play area for kids and and garden was very nice.

Room was not clean it could be better.

Room cleanliness

The location of the property is not too far. It gives you enough privacy. The food was quite good. Food could be cheaper by 15%. Staffs were decent

1. The actual room was much tight and compact. In picture it was very clearly shown 1nos double bed & 1nos single bed but the actual room had only 1nos double bed. Room space was tight could be bigger.2. Balcony was there and it could have been bigger3. Overall room space & mis-directional picture vs actual room was the issue rest others were ok

We booked superior suite and stayed there for two nights. All staffs were so polite and helpful. Service was good.

However,i am disappointed with the room size and cost. We paid 8k per night and Suite room was not in the expected size. Ideally it should not cost more than 3k. I am suggesting this cost so that the guest who comes to stay will not get disappointed. Property is big,but the room size is small. Kindly work on the cost part.

Staff, breakfast and facilities

Pathetic state! No trace of cleanliness, rooms were cramped up, and worst of all the food was awful. Lesser said the better!

Excellent location with beautiful garden and mountain view. My kid lover this place lot. Manger behavior was awesome.

Noting to dislike

Location and view from the hotel is excellent. Ideal for families with kids as there is lot of place to move around.staffs are very courteous and helpful.

They should provide mineral water instead of RO they are giving. Intercom facilities should function.

We had a pleasant stay, the staff were very respectful. Has a nice outdoor ambience too. The hospitality was very good. The food tasted good.

staff was nice

cigarette smoking smell in room. smelly toilets. electric kettle not working. they charged ₹600.00 on top of room rate for air heater. vie through windows are just 2 or 3 Mtrs so felt very damped.
