Breakfast spread was good. Staffs are very helpful.My kid thoroughly enjoyed all the indoor activities.

The property is very well maintained. The staff is very courteous to all the guests.

The road to the property is pathetic

We loved the stunning valley views, peaceful ambience, and well-maintained property. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a nice variety, and the activities like the bonfire and nature walks added to the charm.

The approach road is narrow and bumpy, which can be challenging for some vehicles. Service can be a bit slow during busy hours, and Wi-Fi connectivity is patchy in some areas. Hot water supply was also inconsistent at times.

Spacious room and cleanliness in room.

Costly for the price i paid 15K, not worth more than 6K. Location was not good, very bad approach road and far from all tourists places.Bad attitude of staff in restaurant, resort not able to manage the people due to full house in hotel.Waiting time in restaurant was too high, quality of food was only good 1st day later buffet had very bad options and food were being served cold. When asked for restaurant menu they mentioned they can’t serve we will only have to go for buffet.

Wonderful experience. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment to relax in. The views from the room were absolutely stunning, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay.The staff were exceptionally nice and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was good with nice breakfast spread offering great variety of options to start the day.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities.

I recently stayed at this resort, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few drawbacks. Here's my detailed review:Location/Ambience/View (9/10):The resort is nestled in a stunning location with breathtaking views of hills and playful fog that provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The natural surroundings and the well-maintained property added to the charm. The resort offers some paid and free activities like trekking, zip line, offroad jeep rides, bonfire with games for guests etc.Room (9/10):The room (wooden chalet) was spacious, beautifully designed, and with the sofa bed provided a comfortable stay for two adults and two children. The comfort and attention to detail made the stay enjoyable.Cleanliness (9/10):The property, including the rooms and common areas, was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It was clear that hygiene is a priority at the resort.Room Service (9/10):The room service was prompt, professional, and courteous. The staff ensured that all requests were addressed quickly and efficiently.

Breakfast (6.5/10):The food was decent but did not live up to expectations. The menu lacked variety, and the taste was fairly average for the price charged. There's definite room for improvement here. However, the staff at the breakfast hall were very courteous and helpful.Cost:The cost was surprisingly high, nearly double the off-season rates, as the booking was done at a late stage from our part. While the experience was enjoyable, the high pricing felt a bit unjustified considering some of the shortcomings.Overall:The resort offers a mix of luxury and natural beauty, making it a great getaway for relaxation. However, the high cost and average food quality may deter some travelers. If you plan to visit, make sure to book well in advance for better rates.

Restaurant staff weren't professional neither friendly. The room was very small and not really clean. The hotel was difficult to reach with broken roads.

The restaurant manager the chef and the staff were very courteous and took real good care of our needs. The lush greenery and the serenity of the property was just what we needed.

The place is clean and, staffs are welcoming.

Menu can be restructured so that people might have some knowledge about what they are ordering.

Stayed here last week. The stay was just like I imagined it to be and I had a great time with my family.1. Beautiful property, 30minutes away from the kodai lake.2. We stayed in the timber chalet. The rooms were pretty clean and hygienic.3. Staffs were amazing, especially the receptionist girl who was so respectful and humble while dealing with guests. Special mention to the guy from Kanyakumari, he was extremely polite and joyful to help us during our stay.4. Decent breakfast buffet and restaurant area with great view and service. Kudos to the lady who was brewing our tea, she always had a warm smile and her tea was excellent.5. Decent indoor game and activity area.6. The lush green in the property and its maintenance is commendable.7. Everybody is happy to help you, offering a ride in their golf buggy if they find us struggle to walk down the slanted terrain.8. Great room service.

1. Wish they had given some attention to the balcony. They appeared little unattended and found in a grim state.2. The expensive timber chalet rooms come with some major scratches on the floor and the walls which was a let down.3. The extra bed they set up was in a sad state with an absolutely worn out blanket.4. While their buffet and services were good, it still lacked items like cappuccino, waffles, Nutella, cream, bacon, berries. Still don’t get why expensive properties try to cut down their cost by withholding quality items.5. Their delay in providing extra toiletries for the 3rd guest in the room was annoying. I had to ask them particularly for the slippers inorder to get them. Given the expense of the stay, we expect it to be offered to us long before we even think of asking for it.6. Food was also kind of expensive like it is elsewhere in kodaikanal. But I must say the food was delicious.7. Since the property was away from the central tourist spots, it wasn’t easy to find our way to this property.8.They charge extra for couple of indoor games like snooker, which is nothing short of a rip off.

Nice Receipes and the staff in the restaurant are very polite and friendly.

Road to the resort is not good from center of the town.

I like them most for their Standards of the brand, u can see the best team with kind welcome, helping attitude and professional, politeness

Room could have been better cleaned, it smelled and had dirt on ceilings and on the cabinet.

Location is good and the staff is nice and hospitable

Food was expensive and since you cannot go out for dinner because of the location of the property the prices are very high for the quality, spread of food, ambience and the quality of preparation.
