Ambience was good. Non veg food was good to have.

Need more maintainance. Facilities was not up to the mark. Wifi facilities need to be improved as there is no network. Rooms are not worth for the price paid.

Too many rules but much needed as it is an eco farm. While traveling with an infant food/ beverages not being delivered to the room was challenging.

The estate is really good and beautiful. It's a great place for bird watching. Steam passing through the estate is a very attractive element for spending some time beside it.

1. Few patches around the stream was dirty, making it difficult for one to enjoy the place to some extent. Plastics/lost items were found around the stream which needs to be cleaned and segregated well for that kind of sensitive zones. 2. Better species of plants which are local the the place could be planted rather than planting invasive species.3.. Food - improvisation on taste is required.4. Charging points around the dining area were not working.

If you are natural lover, wild explorer, hiker, this is veryapt place for you. If you are not the location itself will disappoint uou .

The pest control could be better. we have spot 3 spidered inside the wash room. The breakfasts time can be extended until 10:30 am

Great eco stay property. Those who live nature. This is the place. Nice property with good view. Good food. Nice hospitality. Clean and well maintained property.

Horrible check out experience. In restaurant menu, avoid biriyani. Rest all foods good.

The evening meals portions were quite small and were quite highly priced compared with other hotels we’ve stayed in during our stay in IndiaIt was lovely eating outside during the day but maybe an enclosed indoor space to eat in for the evenings could be a good idea as it gets colder then?

No urban facility....not even medical aids

the staff was amazing! The property was deteriorating

the restrictions around being outside the room. The bathrooms was less than clean. Eco friendly or not, the bathtub pain should not be falling off.

This is the place is not well maintained

after dinner, we need to travel( by walking with a torch) inside the forest and i don't find any safety features found, even if the path is not good we need to cross one hanging bridge in the night time.Atleast management can put some lights. and this is not informed before booking.

the property is an awesome one. we saw elephants and bisons. altogether the property is a very good jungle resort suited for nature loving people especially couples. with out trekking half the fun is lost. we stayed in the kerala house, though the room is excellent I thing staying in inferior rooms has better view of the place. may be if bushes were cut down the view would have been a lot better

well it’s is not a great place for small children. I went there with a 3 yr old. as my child is very acrobatic we had to be vigilant all the time.

Location of the resort was so nice that we can get away from materialised city chores.

Rooms were not proper, the room we stayed had broken windows, bathroom door was broken. Lot of insects were inside the room and to make it worse there was a frog in the bathroom that was trying to get into bedroom whenever we opened the door.Resort could atleast fix the basic amenities like door and windows etc to make the stay enjoyable.

- Too much of surrounding noise, from some near by temple loud music was ON all the time- No room service, not even T/Coffee in early morning - Bathroom was in middle of two rooms. i have to pass through bath room to reach next room. (I booked Deluxe room)- There was a name sake phone kept in room. Never works- Wifi is totally useless. - Denied lunch @3:00, they could not even give biscuits or breads. And while checkin @1:00 they did not alert for the same- No TV, no recreation. definitely a big NO for KIDS

The location is breathtaking, very picturesque. We stayed in the Kerala House and it was wonderful. The rooms are very spacious. The staff is very courteous and they catered to all of our requests. The food is good. An elaborate breakfast spread, fresh and healthy options provided. We reached the location very late and the staff obliged and provided us with food although the restaurant was closed. Thank you.

Bad

Property is not safe for family and kids. Full of leeches. We got infected by leeches and the bleeding didn't stop. My kid felt unsafe and we all left the property within sometime after check in. No cleanliness, they are not worried about our safety. Families don't prefer this hotel

This Dune property is a natural gem for people who are nature lover. It is maintained properly without disturbing nature and beautiful flowing in between. The stay here take you away from materialistic life and connect you to nature.
