I randomly booked this stay at Tree Elanza in kodaikanal. But surprisingly I got one of the best stay in town. * Stay is near to the city which can reachable in 5 to 10 mins. * Staff are very friendly. * 24/7 geiser.* Food is awesome.* Stay is very safe.

Budget stay with budget food. Just 5-10 mins from city. Good location. Neat rooms and good staff. All staffs are good

The property is well maintained. The place and access are good if we reach by own vehicle and the room interior is good. If you are getting the hill side room the slope with mist will be interesting.

The person at reception try to lure additional money for using kettle at room, he cites that the electricity bill is huge for using the kettle for 1-2hours a day he demanded Rs.250 additional per day.We used kettle for cooking noodles and hot water.We thought of not to get spoil the mood and got ready to pay but when we asked for the bill for the same he stepped back and not ready to give the bill for that extra charge and he cancelled the extra charge.

Great host and the rooms are decent too. We also got decent food.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it perfect for both rest and exploring the area.I especially want to acknowledge the exceptional behavior of Mani. He has a very welcoming nature and was always ready to help with anything I needed. He and his staffs kindness and professionalism truly made my stay memorable. It's not often you come across such dedicated hospitality, and I really appreciated their efforts.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

There is nothing as I didn't like

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was decent, the bathroom was tidy.Staff were polite and check-in was smooth. A special mention to the reception manager, MANIKANDAN, who was very welcoming and helpful during check-in. He made the whole process smooth and was quick to assist with any questions I had.Overall, a solid place to stay if you're just looking for a clean, quiet room at a reasonable price.

This location is just the ideal one for those seeking a peaceful getaway from the hustle bustle of city life. Good spacious rooms with nice large Flat screen Tvs, 24 hrs hot water geysers and a roof top restaurant are the plus features of Tree Elanza resorts in Kodaikanal. I stayed for 4 nights & 5 days in Tree Elanza resorts.

Noise disturbance during the day time is a very irritating thing about this place. Some idiots were banging some heavy things from the floor above mine. The food is a bit expensive when compared to having food in other outlets in Kodai town. Also, they do delay in making your food on time. Food is good taste in taste but expensive.

The staff were very cordial. The food was good and probably quite reasonably priced compared to other hotels around Kodikkanal

The room decor needs to be much more attractive. The room needs a thorough cleaning to get rid of the remnants of the old ayurvedic centre that seems to have operated there earlier.

All essentials that makes comfortable stay were in place. My room needed more maintenance all around.. Comfortabke bed, linen and the foodveas truly home made original and tasty. John the manager and his staff were very helpful and sevile. A secure place.

Hospitality by manager(Mr.John) was good.Stunning balcony view at the back side of the property but the front side rooms cannot enjoy it.

Breakfast was not provided along with the package, they have charged it separately.Room configurations were modified due to availability issues.

Manager John was really helpful and kind.Even when lunch time was over he arranged food and didn't make it difficult for us.In total it was a good experience.

It was a bit hard to locate the place because even the locals didn't know. Please try to keep sign boards or something of that sort for easy access.
