Need to improve housekeeping services Once they clean room cannot replaced missing things

It's in the heart of the city just two kilometers from the lake. There is plenty of parking inside. The staff are helpful and supportive. We booked five rooms and they have given a best spot. The restaurant is good and food is delicious.

Some foul smell in the restaurant and the rooms. It may be the water and also they need to improve the room and bathroom setup.

One of the best and excellent place to reside. One the excellent services and support from the staff. I can definitely recommend you all to chose this location for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The location, building, layout, flowers, rooms, food in the restaurant. Very good.

No provision for the driver who drove us there. No arrangement for their shelter, tea or food. This is not acceptable. You must make some arrangements for them too as most hotels do. This is necessary.

The accommodation was excellent, with easy access to the city being a major plus. The breakfast and dinner options were also impressive.

The view from the rooms could be improved, and the lunch menu could use a bit more creativity.

Food was awesome. Verghese sir was really good. Though we preponed our plan he was able to provide accommodation at the last moment. All staff security, housekeeping, chef everyone are always ready to help us.

Staff Mahendran was very rude and uses harsh words while asking clarity on bill generated. Over an intercom I asked if hotel provides laundry service, he bluntly said something which I couldn't hear. So I called again & requested him to repeat, he started shouting saying how many times u will call.Bill was generated for higher amount than quoted by booking.com, so my husband asked for clarity. He was very harsh & said pay this amount.

This place is very family friendly and people are very nice. The place feels it is in the middle of everything (I mean busy place) but that what you get if you chose to stay close to city. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was Cosy and nice, although there were couple of thing like tv not working, hot water was always available but the tap was acting up a bit.. Everything else was superb. They had campfire in the evening with music, children play area, ample parking space...

Nothing much to say actually, some negative points above are just minor inconvenience but not issue for us..

House keeping’s quick response and restaurant staff’s helpful nature

Wrong information, booking. Com site says this property accepts visa and credit card as method of payment. They don’t they couldn’t take payment from my Visa card card, and I had to find cash to pay for 3 nights accommodation which left me without any cash in pocket when I left property. They were not concerned. All they could say is mine was Visa card issued abroad and therefore they don’t accept it, although their Branch in Madurai had no problem in accepting my card. Also when I tried to phone them for my arrival time, they said my booking is not confirmed as I haven’t paid, and there is no room anymore. although this pre paid issue was sorted before I left uk, eventually when we reached to the property they gave us two rooms for 3 nights. Different price with justification that is higher because is bigger and different room which originally I booked. Information printed airbag, phone and messages all proved wrong when I reached the property. Not good.

Bathroom remained smelly and despite complaints and efforts by the staff it remained smelly. Maybe something to do with the plumbing.

We did not get option to stay here in spite of booking. Very cheap and third rated service from the hotel and support of booking.com. When you guys cant handle this way why is the option to book even provided?We booked the hotel and the option was shown as payment to be made in hotel, we went to hotel an hour after this was due to huge huge traffic jam. After reaching the hotel we were told no rooms available and booking was invalid. front desk was useless as expected but the incompetent factor was the manager refusing to meet us even after we waited for 45 mins. ****** manager and your staff for this third rated service and more over the support of booking.com. Worst and useless response.I know i cant use bad words but step onto the customer shoes and understand the pain. We had travelled overnight 450+kms booked in the valid site to hear NO or to get turned away by irresponsible manager.

Restaurant staff- Mrs Aida service was awesome . She was taking utmost care.. Mr Jeeva at travel desk he was very friendly and informative. Mrs. Jaya is having customer friendly nature.

Food,location and play area, are very good for family and kids, they enjoyed very well

There is no heater in delux room, cost high, room maintenanace to be improve, it looks old.

Liked the services provided at Resturant.The ownness, hospitality and smiling demeanor of Sh Arjun Singh is excellent.Other staff including chef also very good.Support of Sh Mohan ,very hospitable .Grt job done by Sh Saira and lady reception manager very good. ?
