Hotel Kodai International

Food is good. Staffs are good and hospitality is nice

Rooms are not up to the mark with the money we are paying. I have paid 27k for 2 nights but the room is so conjusted and not able to sleep properly with 2 kids

We had a great experience, and the hotel was courteous enough to give us a free upgrade of our rooms. All the staff were very friendly. The food was really good and we had a lot of options to choose from. The facilities in the hotel, the park, the birds and animals, and the falls view on the backyard are a real standout experience. Overall, looking forward to visit again.

Coziness , garden , food

Needs to be renovated as it’s pretty old in all senses

The lawn, their hospitality, the dining area and their excellent buffet

Coffee cost is too much when you asked room dining

The garden was greenish and the little falls behind the children park was awesome ??

NIL

value for money , drilling and maintenance in the night no availble parking as difficult to find parking , room service staff voice loud once they talking to each other , not all food availble which its showing in menu and rooms need maintenance , dont go through pictures cos room need clean

Breakfast was good. Location was convenient.

Rooms are not maintained enough and cleanliness not enough. It was very poor for the value paid.

Break fast is well and good and our day it’s not that much good coz somuch rush suddenly lot of people gathered in line and we felt there is a disturbance so better time wise according to bulk of groups to be arranged

Bathroom switch not properly secured (I got shock) and way to hotel from main road path is not at all good and please make arrangement for swimming pool at least like us with kids may enjoy the season

The staffs are extremely friendly. The property is located in the center of the city.Breakfast is really palatable. Lots of sports activities inside the property.Food served in the room service is simply outstanding. Very much recommended for family and couples.

The lightings could have been improved especially near the garden. The gym is not functioning due to under maintenance.

Excellent facilities, spacious rooms, well maintained garden. Good food in the restaurant

loud music in the evening. Young crowd come for this. Should avoid staying on the weekends to avoid this

Balcony overlooking garden. Nice grounds to walk around. Grreat dinner & good breakfast. Overall, comfortable and enjoyable & recommended

Clean enough, but could be improved. Public areas need updating.

Property location and in-house recreational facilities and playground for children and some farm animals

The road leading from the main route to the property was not laid meaning you drive / walk over in muddy conditions in wet weather

Food , Supporting staffs , Ambience, Property location.

Cost of Food...

Excellent location , clean rooms and lot of facilities inside the hotel for kids

Nothing really

Campus is good.

Hygiene wasn't upto the mark, they gave us the room in front with the views of Dhobighat.Food was below average quality.

Rooms are neat & clean. Food is good. Property is having greenery all round & being well maintained

Breakfast, dinner and the big park, DJ in the evening attracted me a lot

Room

BREAKFAST AWESOME , Location very close too road accessible area . Nice staff , Tea Master, Housekeeping are very polite and Helpful.

Exceptional hospitality. Like everything here. The food, the rooms, the ambience. Very happy with my stay. Only felt like, they should also provide slippers in the price they are charging. We felt the room floors cold, however we managed with our own slippers.

Nothing as such.

Hospitality and food was amazing. Resort has lot of facilities and play areas for kids. Staff are very helpful

Room is not air-conditioned or has a ceiling fan which can be a problem on hot summer days.
