In a bad state falling apart

Welcoming to dirty and smelly rooms and bathroom

One staff who served tea and food was good,.

There were cockroaches all over the place in cupboards, inside bed, inside head rest, cleaning staff was not doing a good job. Although the room had a glass wall, there was not enough light coming inside the Room All over place was not at all ventilated. Room was suffocating. Food choice was very limited and a bit costly. Vegetables were not up to expectation. Cool, stale, partially coocked rice. Bad food. Internet connection was disconnecting Intermittently, and inspire of complaining, no fix was given. Overall, I review for travellers is that visit hotel at your own risk

Parking could have been managed better.Better hospitality; gen sets should have been started immediately after power cut.

Very worst staff and management, water heater in the washroom are faulty and no resolution provided by the management even call them several time.This is not a hotel. Basicaly a marriage hall, during stay, in ground floor marriage party was conducted with lots of loudspeaker. Staff was busy on marriage party to make money and no one is responsible for those who stay at the hotel.Totally pathetic service by the management.
