Good hotel at a nice location. The hotel has a private ghat wherein they arrange aarti both in the morning and evening. The food is good. The staff is helpful and very well behaved.

The staffs were always ready to help. One of the quiet and best locations near Ganga with the private ghat. Ms.Disha organised a taxi at the last minute and really appreciated it.

The heritage resort Dev Nadi is located on the ghat and offers a glimpse into the rich history of Haridwar. The rooms are nothing but luxurious and spacious providing an absolute spiritual retreat with wonderful and helpful staff. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

Loved the location. Enjoyed sitting at the shared balcony watching the Ganga. We slept so well and wished we could have stayed longer. A wonderful stay indeed. Thank you!

Noise from the restaurant guests at night. But we were too tired to be bothered by it.

Location was very good. Ganga suite room was large.

Furnitures and decor were dated. Maintainance could be better. Very limited choice of food in the menu.

we travelled to Haridwar from the UK to disperse our mothers ashes into The Ganges. the hotel had a very peaceful , religious vibe, rooms spectacular. special mention to the doorman, nothing was too much trouble, very helpful, food was perfect. an absolutely wonderful stay, beautiful view & access to The Ganges. Although the hotel is in a busy part of town, it’s very tranquil if you have a room facing The Ganges

The location is perfect with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was yummy could do with an expression coffee machine. The rooms were clean and everything worked. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were good and the hotel sits right on the banks of Ma Ganga with it private ghat which is clean and tidy. Hotel is well organised and run by a very very friendly staff and family. credit goes to everyone especially the owner who is from Great Britain and speaks very good English. would definitely recommend this hotel.

The price is slightly more expensive compared to similar hotels in the area.

Very cooperative and caring staff The main guard the reception people even the room service people were very good Location is very near to har ki paudi and also very near to the main parking place It has its own personal ghat and a small shiv mandir which are very good

This is my second time visiting the Hotel Devnadi and I was very happy with the stay. The staff were very friendly and immensely helpful. The location is great and the food served at the hotel itself is delicious.

Good choice of breakfast options. Only stayed one night but right on the Ganges with wonderful sounds of the river. Expensive by Indian standards but worth it being in a room with balcony overlooking the river.

The room was not equipped with enough toilet paper and towels. Upon request, the staff quickly supplied these items.

Very Pleasant stay. The staff including Jay and Vidya made the experience very special and went above and beyond in terms of customer service. The food selection was good and the private Ghat was perfect to take in the beautiful Ganges. Very Happy!

we stay in 2017 Dec when it was in full glory and return to very badly managed hotel. we came back to a unsafe hotel. the whole purpose of the trip is to bath in the river. could not step down on the steps as it was not clean and so slippery. we are supposed to stay 4 night however left after 3 nights we reported the slippery steps to staff and nothing was done.requested to speak with management and nothing happened and did not see any management personnel the room we initially given was a dungeon and upon arguing than we were moved to another roomthe staff could not understand anything we requested keep repeating the same mistake throughout our staywe put cloth to laundry and was returned very damp folded clothes very very frustrating the whole stay booking.com should do more investigation

The Devnadi Heritage Hotel is wonderful. The location, rooms, staff and service made our stay a home away from home. The Hotel is a beautiful old haveli that has been maintained well, with the rooms with all the modern facilities without compromise. The hotel has its own private ghaat, and balconies that overlook the Ganga. The staff, in particular Disha, Vidya, Vasudev and Sunit were exceptional, along with all the other staff. They took such good care of me and my family, including my elderly mother that has accessibility issues. I will 100% stay again at Devnadi for me next visit to Haridwar.

Everything from property to people is too good. Mr Jay Arya and his team's hospitality was amazing. Mr guard (morning shift) was very polite and guided us to few places which were very good. Completely satisfied with the suggestion. I will again book this property whenever I will come to Haridwar.
