Comfortable bed, toilets are clean, the ganga ghaat view?

Breakfast could be better, as a 3 star hotel, they should include fruits in breakfast, it's on the menu but not in actual, every day the same menu gets repeated.

Amazing Stay. Helpfull & Courteous Staff. Food was excellent specially the Masala Chaap. The Room though small but had all necessary amenities and comfortable bed(had a good sleep). The Front Desk helped with all the information I wanted. The Private Ghat gave me the opportunity to have a bath in the Gangaji safely.

Excellent & Comfortable Stay. Good Tasty Food. Location Great next to Ganga ji. The Private Ghat of Hotel was tooo Good , near & clean . Their Rooftop Restaurant experience was lovely with view of Ganga ji.

Location was good. Standard rooms are not standard, quiet small not well managed. Room heaters provided with additional charge of Rs 200/ night and parking not available.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the food was delicious. The location offered stunning views, making it the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!

pleasant hotel with great views

disappointed that it was advertised as having private ganga ghat bathing but there was none. this should be clear in the lisiting as we booked specificaly for the private bathing

Food is so tasty? n delicious . They upgrade our room the view from balcony is beautiful.

The option in brekfast is good food is like homely made. We like access of private ghat. Definitely Best view of Ganga ji in Haridwar from hotel roof top restaurant. Very courteous staff.

It was all round a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities including the private ghat was a plus.

very small and dingy rooms. we had superior and suite rooms. very dirty. first day breakfast was substandard but second day they made up for it. dinners were good. ac in the suite room was ineffective. common shared balcony with another suite room next door, dangerous when you have 2 women travelling. all room bathrooms are of glass with curtains, odd for families travelling together. dirty and stained upholstery in all the four rooms we had. paid about 55k for 2 nights but not worth the money at all. Booking.com rates this as a preferred property and advised me these rooms so am very surprised by their recommendations. will be careful with selections next time
