The location is very nice.

Room cleaning is not done daily..Staff behave very badly. Before one day of my check out I pay full mouth again they are asking rent in the early morning check out time

Nothing was there to like. Very unpleasant experience. Service facility is very bad.

Lift is always broken. Tap was not working properly and current was also coming from the tap. They never did anything to repair that. Service facility is worst. Water doesn't come in the morning. Very unpleasant experience.

Hotel is quit good Location is near to central market and ganga ghat is near.This is a safe hotel for couples and solo traveler and family's Room quality is decent. All rooms are Cleaned and hygienic. Food quality is Also a good ?

No much facilities, no intercom, getting a cup of tea was an uphill task. No TV. No electric kettle as mentioned in the facilities on booking.com.

Only the reception area was beautifully maintained.

It was very dirty, rooms, towels, bathrooms & bedsheets were absolutely UNCLEANED! I couldn’t believe it.

Shower was not ok and wash basin water is too hot to use , no one came to rectify the complaint waited for 1 hour .

Pathetic , everything was below line, if I start writing it will be 4000 words easy. Un professional. For example 1:no towels were in the room when I ask for they give me I dry and 1 wet towel when I ask for they said u can dry this under the fan????? Why should i use some ones wet towel? 2: no tea coffee pantry when i check the tea pot it was dirty filled with brown water when i ask for no apologies. They didn’t check the room before give the client. 3: bed was dirty big stinky spots and musk was visible on pillows.when I show them they said keep the pillow slide dont use this nd they didn’t give me new ones ?List is too longWorst experience

I don't like ugliness, dirty washrooms, no proper shower facilities, no bathroom tissue, and no breakfast available by 7:00 am. Dogs are sitting at the main entrance door of hotel, no debit card allowed, forced to pay in cash. They recommend the worst and ill mannered rickshaw driver who has taken big cash charges from us similar to 4 wheeler taxi. Have not given any replacement of fresh towel, napkin, and the toiletries are garbage level. This hotel is robbing the guests by heavy food bills. This is the lowest and worst category hotel I have come across in my life.

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Neat and clean rooms. Good food and especially staff behavior is good.

Worst experience of my life. Arrogant behaviour of their staff aspecially that person who is on reception. I booked 2 rooms but when I reached that receptionist give my room to another person for stay and told me adjust in a single room or book one room to near by hotel. I called to police that time also.

Good stay

No slippers in washroom. No hangers for clothes in the cupboard. Better if you can provide slippers for the washroom.

Dirty Entry gate.Un hygenic, Restaurant Menu card carries COCKROACHES so what would they have in kitchen ???No good service.Only door watchman eager to help you to get some Tip.
