Vintage 14inch non functional TV. Broken Mug. Cold water not available. Water purification is non RO. Passage are dark. Non adherence to customer request for another Mug. Hesitant to give GST bill and required considerable time and effort to get Bill.

Helpful staff

Rooms and bathroom were not cleaned and smelling of Pan and urine, even after asking to clean and change bedsheets they gave reasons and said will do it later but did not. No lift and broken old interiors.Attitude of the staff with regards to payment before reaching the location was little rude

In morning time near by 9 he ask me for money also . His location is very bad . Not in road in inner street very poor location he cancle my booking without confirmation...

Nothing. Expensive as per the location, okayish cleanliness, not so good staff behaviour, manager is good. Rooms are way tooo expensive. They would not even start the greezer. Had to call them 10times to get greezer on.

Everything almost. The pics provided and the review were all wrong. No lifts, poor ac, tab not working, unmaintained property as compared to wat was shwcased in the picture. Staff were arguementative, knowing that they did wrong and yet instead of being apologetic argued. Called on my way to Haridwar to immediately pay the amount of Rs 1000 non refundable. otherwise, it will be cancelled during to peak time. The time mentioned for checkout time was 12:30. I was asked to leave by 12pm.. Nothing was right here and appropriate here. Stop cheating people.
