Leaving. It was so bad I changed my plans and left India a week early

No water first night, no hot water next day, clogged shower. Filthy room. Tried to have a spa treatment it was ice cold because there was no hot water, left after 5min still had to pay. staff said Ola doesn't service the area which is a lie.

It's the best hotel in the vicinity. I would stay there again. The staff is accommodating. The chefs were willing to meet any diet restrictions.

The location is not great for being in the Haradwar area. For people here to be near the Ganges, and the activities in the city of Haridwar, this is not an ideal location. Too far for a daily compute to the town center and Harki Paudi.

Facilities and comfort

Staff are not available on time. Staff were not attending on time when you are requested and required. My room door was locked and I was calling at reception for the unlock the door but it was pathetic for waiting 30-40 minutes to unlock my door.

Lobby Area was the only area which was clean and met my expectation. Breakfast spread was okay and not meeting the standard. There is nothing which I can say that I really liked .

Swimming pool had a carpet inside which was extremely dirty with Algae , no towels were available. second day we found 2 towels near the swimming pool which were extremely dirty and smelling of oil . We booked 3 Executive deluxe rooms , all were given separately inspite of asking for close by rooms during the booking. The AC was not working in all the three rooms , after every two hours maintenance staff used to come , do something and then AC will work for one hour and then out again, we had to change the room at midnight but still in this new room AC was not working. Untrained , non professional Housekeeping staff which led to dirty linen , bed with stain , smelly towels , bath tub with hairs , stained sofas , telephone without buttons , stinking corridors with torn carpets , dampness in the room and corridors , no iron board in the rooms , no hangers in the room cupboards , instead of handwash- conditioner was provided.

The room had a really great view and the staff was very courteous. Specially Mr. Amaan, as he was very helpful and did a splendid job.

Hotel maintenance can be done and upgraded which will help a lot.

I had a wonderful stay! The front office team was exceptionally warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, offering great comfort throughout my stay. Overall, a perfect experience

The room was comfortable and the staff was very cheerful. Ms. Jaanvi was very helpful with the check in. Would love to plan a trip again.

Everything was good. Breakfast and dinner buffet both were amazing at the price point we paid and we enjoyed the pool

I was in touch with him over the phone before my arrival and requested two rooms next to each other, as I was traveling with my 90-year-old mother.Sourabh followed up perfectly and even gave me a call at 11:00 AM to confirm the arrangements. When we reached the hotel, one room was already ready, and the second was right next to it—just as requested. The service was smooth and thoughtful from start to finish. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience!

poor . tv was not working . after putting efforts it started working after one hour . water pressure was very low .

Good and peaceful location. Tasty food and helpful staff.

Some parts of the hotel is under renovation, so it's a little bit noisy, But after the renovation it will become the one of the best hotel. Thank you.

We booked this hotel just because of my guest,When we reach its not the same velue Even we booked for 2 Night's but stay only for one night No other choice We even paid for 2 Night's and not getting any refund for the 2nd night,No recomend

Location little far from "Har Ki Paudi" but I am more than happy to bear that as the hotel is wonderful.

Nothing what so ever

The entire place was filthy. There were bugs crawling out of the floor boards and it smelled. Paint chipping. Water damage. Dirty pillows and sheets. My husband didn’t sleep one wink.

Had to leave this property and go to another hotel since the rooms were the dirtiest I have ever seen The quilt had blood stains on them and they also tried to cover them with covers I will be posting pictures.
