Ambrosia Sarovar Portico Haridwar

location

old mattress and cushion of sofas if u sit u touch the wood at reception only. mattress are over used . mosquitoes .

It was value for money and food was decent

Rooms locks were not working and they kept changing our room two times

The rooms were nice, the staff was supportive

We booked a premium suit and we found lizard crawling on the floor, my brother got locked in the bathroom for about half n hour. And the staff was very slow in getting back to us.

The food and cleanliness.

No WiFi, small TV with limited channels/free channels. AC sounds too much. Room is too small

Clean room and bathroom. Enough heating during winter and all basic amenities given ( some amenities on request only ).

Food was good, Excellent service , Polite and supporting staff, Nice property & Location.

Not a good experience overall. Location forces you to cross toll every time you have to visit Haridwar ( it is around 21

Very basic facilities given the brand of Sarovar Portico, I had expected much better. The room was smelly , floors unclean, food average

Dinner was good (not too good)

If u are going to enjoy water park which is next to it then u can stay in it. Else no need. - Front desk does not aware about near by things- Toilets were chocked- Shower gel was not filled- Room cleaning was poor- Room walls were dirty- Hotel is 35 min far from Har ki Podi (towards Delhi)- Room Service was very slow.

Excellent facilitiesVery humble staffSuperb food

Everything was good

location and cleanliness. the staff was very helpful and all smiling. Mukul, Anshul and Shri Krishna and Shubam were extra diligent in making our stay comfortable.

Nothing much. The location was good… far from the rush.

we were initially given rooms 218 and 219… both rooms had certain defects which the staff tried to cover up with lame excuses. The ACs were hopeless! And the screen on the bathroom glass pane was see through! The staff said that modern bathrooms are all like this! How could they give us such a bathroom when the room was booked for three adults? Later in the night they shifted us to rooms 223 and 224 which were comparatively better. However, the AC of 223 was faulty again ! We had to get a pedestal fan to sleep through the night. Upon protest, the manager waived off the charges for one day’s breakfast.

Good staff & hotel spacious

WE ORDERD ALA CARTE IN THE ROOM. IT WAS SERVED HOT AND THE QUANTITY WAS GOOD . THE SERVICE WAS QUICK .

Pleasant staff, and spa services.

It's far from the city

Friendly staff, Super clean rooms, and a simple but scrumptious breakfast spread. The food has good flavor and is loved by people of all ages from kids to adults.

The stay was very comfortable and with very friendly staff. The only point that was a bit on the low side was the squeaky bed and a bit uncomfortable mattress. Hope this will be taken care of.

Breakfast and dinner buffet spread was good and tasty. Hotel was overall clean and staff was helpful.
