Didn't like anything at all

The property is far from everything, not a resort place.First room had so many mosquitos and lizards on the wall (windows didn't seal)Second room had wet peeling walls and water damage (=mold). GrossThird room was sad but I just slept a bit and left the morning as soon as I could.Definitely mold all over the property.

Hotel is not by the main ganges...its 15kms away from Har Ki Paudi

Too expensive, mattresses were lumpy and poked ones back n double beds were joined which created gaps while sleeping. No value for money...bathroom didn't have any shower gels or shampoos, breakfast was super bad with the parathas not cooked fully.

Food is very good. View of Ganges is good too

Staff is not very professional and helpful. Driver accommodation was extremely bad. Rooms are clean but not airy.

Not Maintained. Hygiene level very poor. Breakfast very bad. outside overall the property is ok but inside the room is very bad.

Hygiene n maintenance is very bad. Need to redo the washrooms and interiors of the rooms.

The location was very good. Very peaceful and the Ganga river flows right behind.The lawn was very beautiful

The approach was not good. There were no proper signage for reaching the hotelThe terrace attached to the room was almost inaccessible and not clean.The restaurant had limited food options and some restaurant server were reluctant

Reception person always sleepy, with poor reflexes like a overburdened person sitting there, service in food court very poor during breakfast, and high tea is like they wants to save everything for the staff only.

Amazing property right by the river and an excellent place to relax. Food and service are also noteworthy.

The access road is through a village and best traveled during daylight.

Lawn of the property was very nice. beach was also excellent ,had a great time in the evening. rooms were clean , room service was very good.

I did not liked the food quality as per the price I paid , I did not received good service at the restraunt also. Breakfast was removed on the exact timings. No flexibility was there for the members sitting in breakfast area before closing time.

Excellent staff and food. Clean place. Facilities like pool, games, spa are there. Good wifi.

Too far away from city. So you can't go sightseeing unless you hire a car for the day. Road is not tarred. So the cars charge more.

The peace and location by the Ganges was best point. The open and free Golf course with activities was very nice. The rooms were well designed and spacious.

There was no key to Villa and everybody had access to Villa. So ultimately we felt we have booked and paid only rooms rathar than Villa. The Restraunt Menu was very limited and should have more options.Though staff service at Restraunt was very good. Room TV had limited channels.

Beautiful Property, delicious food, very kind staff, superb Chef and his entire kitchen and F&B team.I loved it and I will visit again with my family.

The property is serene and peaceful. Its a nice getaway from the city life hustle. The staff are friendly. The value is good for the price. I had supper from the restaurant and it was delicious.

The property is located further out so it's not easy to grab a taxi or rickshaw outside, but if you have a driver arranged, then there's no need to worry about that. The breakfast is limited. Its pretty basic but a nice retreat.

The property is very good and well maintained with modern amenities, Kaniska, Tushar and Sanky were very polite and warm.Food was very good .

Breakfast was excellent

We liked everything except that the track Road to the resort was very narrow and not tarmac But uncovered For a resort of this status the road leading up to the resort should be very smooth and the Resort sign posted from the main road

Have to wait for ages after requesting a service. food was served in a broken plate (half the plate was missing). Had to wait for 5 hrs after requesting for room cleaning. Had ordered and omelette for breakfast, waited for 40 mins, finished our breakfast, omelette never came even after reminding 4 times.
