The most disappointing part was no stop over for cars near to hotel entrance if person travels with luggages and they did not mention this in their specifications. It causes lots of inconvenience for any elderly person to go there with luggages as no stop over near to hotel. The hotel has facilities to send the porter to car park which is 300m walking distance but guests have to either walk to hotel or hired their own e-riksha. The down side of the hotel is, they don’t inform you all this until you pass the free cancellation on booking.com. It’s not easy to understand the mapping and location online especially if you are not aware of the area. Prices are too high incomapre to other places. On the first day arrival, the hotel staff did not explain very well the facilities which end up my parents having dinner down the stairs, but actual dinner facilities were upstairs. Which was very disappointing.

It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay for us in The Ganga Lahiri Hotel. The staff’s behaviour was very polite, professional and hospitable. Rooms were nice, the food was good, fresh and tasty.Mr. Krishna Negi the operations manager at reception, Mr. Kailash at the dinner venue The Patio and Mr. Rajesh at breakfast venue Annapurna were good & exceptional in their services which made our stay very comfortable.Thanks for such a great service and hospitality.

It is located right on the banks of Ganga Ji, in the middle of the bustling market, close to Hari ki Pauri and Ganaga Aarti. It is an excellent location.Lovely view of flowing Ganaga with option to take a dip in it right in front of the hotel.

Access to the hotel by vehicle is physically not possible

Amazing building in unbeatable location.Rooms are big and comfi. Ganges view is amazing, location is 5 mins walk from aarti. Food in rooftop restaurant is the best we’ve had on our India travels.Good staff

The rooms do not have an outside facing window (they face the corridor) so there is not much fresh air coming in. We wanted to sleep in a cold room which was not possible as the windows were facing the hallway (and a/c did not work as it was winter)Rooms 207 and 208 get super loud in the morning due to vicinity to the breakfast room

The rooftop restaurant with live music and an awesome view of delicious food, very professional staff. The rooms are spacious and clean.,They welcome you so nicely with refreshments. The live bhajan in the evening is so soothing and the live flute during breakfast is heartwarming. You can see from the hotel windows all happening at Ganga is amazing.

Vehicles can't go up to the doorstep. Need to walk through the bridge to reach the hotel.

Everything was to like nothing was an issue, Krishna on reception and the gentleman on the security in the picture with me were outstanding.

Nothing it’s is a perfect place, feed back for the hotel breakfast please provide fresh juice orange and mixed fruit also some mixed dry fruits. But otherwise 9/10

Baggage transport from the parking lot to hotel was 300 meters walk.

Hospitality - I will return just for that. Impressive. Breakfast Buffet - a varied and good spread. Amenities - Spa/ayurvedic massage was expertly done. Location - right by the river.

The area right in front of the hotel could be kept cleaner. It's a public space but some attempt or push for cleanliness is desirable.

Hotel location cannot get any better, it is situated right in front of Gangaji. The wibe is spiritual and harmonising.

The breakfast spread can be better, the hotel should include better Indian breakfast cuisine

An excellent location at the banks of River Maa Ganga ; Hari Ki Pauri. Scenic view of the Holy River. Efficient and accommodating staffs. Sumptuous cuisine. The pleasing to the senses and creating a relaxed spa experience.

Breakfast was very good the staff were keen to please. The man at the front door was very sweet. Staff were mostly friendly. The pool was clean and refreshing.

We had trouble with the hot water in the showers in both rooms both nights. The hot water just got hotter and hotter we couldn't get cold water at all. Quite dangerous with small children but nothing was followed up on at all.
