Udman Hotel Haridwar

The food was quite good. Breakfast buffet is a winner.

Rooms n bathrooms need to be urgently deep cleaned and fumigated.

Receptionist male was ok….female staff was rude though

I asked them to arrange a cab for me…the cab driver didn’t switched on the a.c even when the temperature was high in Haridwar then….also the cab driver went away with keys so that I would not be able to use the a.c

Close to Har Ki Paukdi. Close to highway, location is excellent

The bathroom is so small it should have bigger.

The staff behaviour

Poor maintenance and stained toilets.Stayed at 501, family suite, there were chip offs everywhere, the shower area has no lock, no hot water on 2nd day, same breakfast menu every day

Hotel Udman -A great location right in between har’ki pardi’ and the Gayatri Parivar’s Shanti’KunjThe Hotel is well facilitated with all the mod-cons, all in a clean and working order (not to be taken as granted in all hotels in Haridwar)Above all the staff are absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much for them, from the front desk managers, to its restaurant staff, to its bell boys.Pankaj (staff member) was especially great and a credit to Udman Hotel, going above and beyond.This is the reason why I’m a repeat visitor to this hotel.

We had a fanatic experience at Hotel Udman. . Service given by the staff was fantastic . We really enjoyed our stay, they made it very comfortable. I would recommend this place for all.

Beside being neet and clean. The hotel is positioned very close to Har ki pauri. It was quite convenient to reach the ghat

Location was ok

The room should not have been allocated as it desperately needs repairs.there was exposed plaster which needs to be painted . The shower needs replacing.water was dirty .it was yellow and dust coming through tap.Very disappointing

The behavior of the staff was extremely satisfactory and the food was good.

The hotel should work for local transport.Due to lack of Ola Uber, there was a lot of difficulty in going there by local, for which the hotel should arrange its own vehicle Which provides budget and comfortable.

Your night manager was clueless as suddenly due to some urgency I required taxi for early morning and I went to reception around 11:30pm and the person attending there totally refused. As he said they have no contacts to book cabs. What if this was medical or family emergency???

Clean towels

Very poor cleanliness in the room and in bathrooms. Wall plaster and paints peeling off.

It’s staff, the entire staff was very well behaved. Also the food was very good.

Seepage in the walls, better maintenance is expected from Udman

Location of the Hotel, Very near to Sarvanand Ghat.. around 2 km from Har ki puri.. exceptional staff.. good food.. keep it up your good work..

It was a bit smelly.. Mattresses of the beds can be better.. and no mini fridge in the room.. in many five stars hotel milk for a small kid is not chargeable but they charge you for this also..

Food is nice, They have buffet system too.

Overprized, as rooms were little old. They could not offer one extra blanket on request. overall good place, but over priced as per the services. I had to request for things like tissues, blanket etc. One can stay at a nice hotel chain in this price.
