The room was clean. The staff - really helpful. Location was good. You can pay at the property by international visa card. Overall - very good!

A little bit noisy. It had some little stains on sheets but I guess that's normal for India.

Clean and well-built property convenient to the rail station and in a quieter area. Staff was competent and friendly and spoke English well.

The restaurant menu is only available online.

They installed fantastic Daikin aircon. No noise. Very peaceful

1. Safety box was not working. For a solo traveller the booking was done because of the safety box. It was reminded on check in and again next morning but not fixed. Had to extend my stay because of this 2. Staff are rude and don’t care about service. They make faces and laugh when u walk by3. Staff kept calling on phone and demanding where r u? Come to reception now to pay good bill. How rude! 4. Snack wrapper and hair on floor in checkin. Rooms not clean 5. No slippers as advertised. 6. False and misleading pics. 7. No fridge 8. Stains on pillow cases

The access road is a little narrow but not an issue for local drivers.

Loved the location of the hotel. The hotel was clean and the rooms were as depicted in the photos. The staff were courteous and helpful. A special thanks to the Nagendra Rathore from guest relation department. He went extra mile to show us the best of must to visit places in Haridwar in shortest time possible. A day we'll spent ✨️. May be they can keep the guest common bathroom in restaurant level more clean.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Arjun Hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant has good food and a diverse menu. Breakfast was very tasty and had a good spread. Staff members are warm, friendly and helpful. Location is good and easily accessible to the tourist sites. Hotel organised a guided temple tour for us. Mr. Narender Singh Rawat led our tour. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything well. He was also highly helpful throughout our stay.

The room was ok, though initially we were given a ground room which looked directly on to a wall, when we had specifically requested a room with a view. We were moved after we protested. "City view" as per the description surely does not mean a view of a blank wall.

Breakfast lacked good coffee or western options. Not everyone wants curry for breakfast.

The hotel is in a lively location, it is close to a major road and lively area, but the location of the hotel itself is not noisy. Room was clean, the hotel has a restaurant which served great food, especially liked thalis. Staff was very polite, positive and helpful, ready to help with any request we had. We needed some guidance with visiting local temples and asked for help, it turned they have a special person that takes care of guests. Our guest experience manager Narender Singh organized a very convenient tour of Haridwar's most iconic temples which was a great experience, definitely recommended if you are interested in spiritual temples.They have clearly demonstrated that they are committed to providing great experience to their guests.If I happen to visit Haridwar again, Arjun Boutique hotel will be my first preference, no doubt about this.

Hot water worked with a switch, basically you have to turn it on, after it takes 30 mins before you can take hot shower, didn't know it the first time, probably locals know this, but would be good to notify foreigners.

Friendly and very accommodating staff, good size rooms, delicious vegetarian food.

Difficult to access by our minibus but staff were helpful in providing nearby parking for the bus and arranging transfer of luggage

Great Stay with Excellent HospitalityI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat, clean, and spacious, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable experience. The hotel's location is also very convenient, just within 2 km of Har Ki Pauri, making it easy to visit the main attraction.A special mention to Mr. Narender Singh Rawat, the Guest Relation Manager, who was extremely helpful and courteous. His warm hospitality made our stay even better.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Definitely worth visiting!

Price is little higher side.

The rooms were exceptional.they were clean and beautiful. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious. Location was easy to commute. The owner was genuine,helpful and friendly. All in all excellent. Value for money. We would love to visit again

We liked everything. Only one thing the restaurant staff needs to be more cordial and warm. The food quantity needs to be improved.

Unlike most hotels in India in this price range, this Arjun hotel actually has everything working perfectly. The room is meticulously clean, every light switch is functioning, the hair dryer provided upon request, the blankets are in place, there are no holes in the sheets. Solid, reliable little hotel. I would definitely stay again.
