No breakfast. Even water bottle not provided.

Rooms condition very bad. Fan was making too much noise. Intercom was not provided in room. Door lock was broken later this was replaced.

No proper parking available and thats why I decided not to stay. I told the staff there clearly

The location was in a good place. Central and walking distance to and from everything.

Cleanliness was very poor with hair in the bed from previous guests and the sheets and duvet were very old and unclean. They need to be replaced or washed thoroughly. The bathroom needs a good scrub and bleeching. The kitchen was on the same floor as my room and the staff made a lot of noise a lot of the time and late at time which was very disturbing. The lift has gate shutters and they bang and echo in the common areas and that was very disturbing. The windows are very thin so there is no sound proofing from the crowds and morning prayers

I stayed there four times in the past.it was then a beautiful and well maintained property. Now it's awful

The room was very damp , smelt of damp and was dirty.

nothing. We spent many other nights in hostels and they were way better.

bed-sheets had big yellow staines. We slept on our sleeping bag.Shower was not working at all. They let us use the one on an other room where windows was open and we were freezing.

NO Parking, Leave about clean. Dirty Rooms and pathetic Washroom. Won't ever go again and will never recommend.

Room were having cocroches. AC was not having remote.soaps provided were very small.

Breakfast was fine on the first day but I could not find anyone on the second so never bothered again.

There was nothing to really dislike but the photos of the rooms did not match reality.a bit rough around the edges considering the price.Room was very dull and needed lights all the time.

Nice hotel and great staff and service. Clean rooms and washrooms. Easily accessible to the main places of visit in Haridwar. Had an enjoyable stay.

reception was not aware off my booking status includes breakfast and they refused. i had to fight and get it done. also no comfortable table inside the room for keeping & having the food

The room and bathroom were good size and beds were comfortable . Parking was good

The staff were a bit short and rude. The room service didn’t actually cook a lot of things on its menu.

Room could have been bigger

Location is good with parking facilities. Morning Tea only available after 7.30 AM which is inconvenience to guest.Rest all are good but no break fast available.

Morning Tea should be available 6.30 to 7 AM.
