The breakfast was great. There was a good mix of Western and Indian options with dosas being available to order. We found the South Indian options to be particularly well prepared. The staff kindly packed us a few sandwiches for breakfast on the second day of our stay since we were leaving early to visit some temples. The property itself is reasonably well maintained and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were clean and large. The hot shower was perfect after a cold day outdoors. The staff were polite and professional and were flexible enough to accommodate small requests such as packed breakfasts. Special mention to the staff at the front desk for their wonderful service and flexibility. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend the property.

The location is not the best for visiting Haridwar but app-based taxi rides are available to reach areas such as Har Ki Pauri. We had hired a cab for 2 days and relied on app-based taxi rides twice for shorter distances. There are also not too many restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. There are a few decent options 500-600m away but the walk there is not pleasant especially at night since there are no streetlights.

Not recommended. Please avoid staying here.

The ACs dont work in the rooms, when enquired we were told that AC takes about an hour for it to cool a room. How on earth will an AC take one hour to cool such a small room? There were no fans to cool us down. Pathetic experience.

The room was very dirty and also the linen’s are not clean as expected. Also the tv was not working properly. If you charge this much of money then please provide clean rooms and one more thing the window glass was so dirty even i can’t saw anything outside. So please improve it. mainly the room cleanliness. Thanks

There could be more and clear signs for hotel parking as we ended up in mall parking when wrongly informed by entrance guards.

Disappointing

I had a disappointing stay at this property, with multiple issues that did not align with the quality expected from an ITC-affiliated hotel. The room had a persistent, unpleasant smell, and the power went out at least six times within a span of 30 minutes. This issue continued throughout my stay (3 Days), with no day passing without a power outage. The dining experience was equally unsatisfactory, the chef seemed unfamiliar with basic dishes like a Caesar salad, and the pasta served was dry. Room service was also poorly managed, as ITC policies apparently prohibit foil wrapping, resulting in cold naan being served without even the courtesy of a roti towel. While the hotel follows ITC’s policies, its service quality is completely opposite to ITC’s usual standards, with little attention to guest comfort or food quality.

Excellent food, good size of room, comfortable bed, well apoined bathroom, clean and staff was very professional

The room though clean and well appointed was showing signs of ageing such as broken flooring and slightly run down furniture

That it's attached to a mall with a cinema. And some noise could be heard in the room not sure if it was from the cinema.

Location is on outskirts. No markets or malls nearby. Situated in common complex with movie hall and apartments.

Very slow checkin,they had central temperature setting i mean waf if i dont need heating in my room but no they said we cant help it only heater will work you cant customise temprature in ur room acc to ur need this was ridiculous we couldnt sleep it was so suffocating

Very fast check in and out process.Rooms were clean and comfortable with efficient housekeeping service. Breakfast was excellent with many options to choose. Dhruv and Dilwar were there to assist you to choosing the best to vet your apatite. Worth staying

Good services by staff and excellent breakfast.

Location is off the city and main tourist attraction.No centrally heating in the room.

Breakfast was great. The location didn’t suit us as it was not close to Haridwar as we had expected. Otherwise our stay was quiet pleasant.

The distance.

Breakfast is good. Buffet has good options other than just regular buffet. Location is not that good but serves the purpose.

The breakfast was not upto the mark. the eggs, parathas and other items were as if made by trainees.

Overall stay was great and good property overall.

I had travelled from overseas and forgot my OCI however had my passport. I was with family and they all had their Indian IDs.I was denied check in despite I suggested that I will be able to send my OCI copy when I get home as home was 8hrs away from this property. Considering everyone had their IDs including myself, just because of OCI which I suggested that I will send a copy, and denying check in was unnecessary as it could have messed up the entire trip. Fortunately I found a scanned copy in my emails and was able to share it.

It was clean and tidy hotel.

Required washroom supply was missing. Even basic line bathing gel.

The room sizes was decent and breakfast had variety

Property was like a make shift arrangement and not a 4* hotel . The AC wasn’t working for our room and after letting the maintenance know during middle of night at 3 am, they couldn’t fix it Gym wasn’t functional and it was like a small room which had no change or toilet facility or water

Location is a disadvantage. It’s far off from Har Ki podi ghat.
