We had a wonderful stay! The staff were all very kind and welcoming, especially Naza — she was amazing and did her best to make our stay perfect. The food was delicious, the view was lovely, and the hotel was very clean. Highly recommended!

The location is great, very nice beach and nature.

The hotel is run down. It is old and does need renovation. We complaint and got a better room, even that room was old but had a better bed and working airco. There is also no supervision for kids at the pool.

The rooms are outdated. They could definitely use a renovation. Overall cleanliness could be better as well. The corridor leading to the rooms smelled like mold. Such in our rooms from time to time. Clean towels had stains on them. The breakfast coffee tasted bad. Don’t try their pizza!

Chefs not helpful at all to my needs, they couldnt be bothered.Given a supposedly VEGAN cake but turned out to NOT be vegan but they kept lying.....and also served a Gnocchi and vegetables which was cooked in butter .....having been told and reminded over and over again that I was VEGAN. Took them a long time to admit to the mistake.SEAFOOD BBQ CHEF could not be bothered when asked if they had any vegan food.....simple NO was the asnwerExcept for the cleaning staff....thank you to HAMISA and HALIMA for keeping the room spotless

The villa with a pool, friendly staff that tired to help as much as possible, close to nature, direct access to the beach. Heavenly spa was lovely.

This property had the best breakfast buffet I have ever had! So many options! The pools were fantastic and the staff was very friendly and warm.

The rooms were a little dated and beds were small.

The pool is amazing and the food at tide, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and staff are very accommodating. They resolved all of are concerns very fast and to our liking

We had a tv that didn’t work (we got a new tv) The monkeys ? did come to our room a lot and made it hard to sit and enjoy the balcony, they were fighting at night. The food at splash wasn’t good at all and the drinks are very expensive.

Beachfront villas with pools are fabulous. Evenings in the bar are lovely as the view is fantastic and there is often live music. Good place to have dinner. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beds are super comfy.

Needs abit of an upgrade in parts. The main restaurant isn't big enough for breakfasts and so it's chaotic. At night time it's bright lights and alot of white - feels like a cafeteria. The building design didn't take into account disabled needs. The air conditioning leaked in some parts of our villa.

Not too busy. Very relaxing.

The kids club was located on the complete opposite side of the resort from our room. Not sure why they wouldn’t locate us closer knowing we had a child and wanted to use the facility.

The hotel provided a hospitality room for the entire family to chill out (free of charge) as we had a late night flight following check out at noon, the staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Laundry was turned around in hours. Highly recommended.

The hotel is fantastic and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The only bad thing about staying here is there is very little that is walking distance from the hotel. If I was to come to langkawi again I would stay on the side of the island near cenang beach.

The villa was exceptional. And the staff were excellent especially Azhan at splash bar

When we stayed in room1305&1311 the rooms weren’t clean and housekeeping was lacking. Had to keep asking for rooms to be cleaned and for towels. Is we hadn’t transferred to the villa I would have checked out after 4 days into 8 day stay
