Wang Valley Resort

clean, comfortable accommodation & reasonable price

The hotel is in a very calm and cute mountain area away 7 minutes only from the beach. However the only concern was the insects in the room. Ants and little spiders but mainly ants everywhere

very clean and comfy. this resort is absolute gem within it's price range.

nothing to complain but a adding a chair in the room can add up more value.

The staff were very nice, the location is very quiet and peaceful.

If one doesn't have own transport then it may be difficult to get around with family. The hotel however does let out scooters for those interested.

Very clean, Comfortable, quite place to relax.. Friendly front desk ppl...

Nothing like that... We love this place

the bed was huge. we got 2 king-size beds and the room was spacious too.

the location was a bit remote to my preference. it gets very quiet at night with trees surrounding it. The date that we stayed, there were only 2 guests (including us), so the whole resort was dark and empty. The staff unfortunately on standby until 12 midnite. So, if you are staying here, please make sure you have transport.

Smooth check in. I like the quietness of the place and it happened not many guest during our stay. Ample parking. We got a spacious room with 2 comfortable beds, complementary coffee sachet, basic needs I.e iron, electric kettle . We can hear bird chirping and see many butterflies in the garden every morning. Washroom water heater works well and pressure is good. They provide soap & shampoo too.

The exhaust fan grill in washroom needs cleaning..dirts are falling off. Flush tank slow refill. Notice there's leakage and need to fix. And it's better to provide more than 2 towels and extra garbage bags for family rooms.

I like the view and also the serounding so Peacfull.

The soap in the toilets are to little for 4 ppl only 1 small bottle of shampoo and bodywash. Need to improve on that. Rooms should have air freshener.

The area was clean and very quiet. Room was also spacious.

horrible

i left my airpods pro and contacted the front desk to post but all i get i is nothing.

The staff was very kind. We arrived late at night and didnt have time to tapau for food. He offered to take us to the restaurant and sent us back to the hotel. But, i forgot to ask for his name ?. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. They provided bikes for rent.

The wifi is quite slow. It was located in a rural area. Quite far from the main attractions and restaurants arent walking distance. It is best if you rent a car cause sometimes Grab refused to pick you. There’s no housekeeping during my 3 nights stay, we have to throw the rubbish ourselves.

To provide bfast and also maybe Dinner. To provide room cleaning and changing the towel

Big room with sofa, place is quiet, a lot of parking slot

The room was clean and well tidied. Everything was as advertised. The staff was very attentive and gave a very quick response when we called.

When we first entered the room, there was no electricity even after we put in the keycard, we called the staff and apparently there was a power cut for the entire floor. It was nothing too serious just a mild inconvenience , the staff responded very quickly about it . The toilet had a smell when we checked in but the staff took care it very quickly as but the smell lingered for abit even after he cleaned it, we had to leave the ventilation on for the night to get rid of the smell. The water pressure was also just so-so, so need to take a longer time to shower.

The staffs were kind, rooms were clean and comfy... It is also located at a remote but strategic location which makes it peaceful and at the same time easy to explore Langkawi. 5-star service..

Clean and I got a nice view from the room balcony as I stayed at level 2.

Large Room with adequate room facilities. Ample parking.

Clean room on daily basis. No lift. No Aircond remote, hence unable to control temperature and blower speed.

I like the surrounding of nature. The sound of animals in the morning and night. It was exceptional

Please check under the bed. It was dirty when i arrive

The staff was very helpful. The resort is very near to tourist attraction and easy to be accessed. The room was spacious, comfy bed and has big wash room too. Worth staying and Value for money.?

Silent and Calm Location

Aircon was not balanced and fixed. Kids were not happy because it comes directly to the beds.
