Unprofessional manager, they Don't help unless they charge you. I wonder how a 4-star hotel don't seek customers satisfaction. I request a portable mattress or a two bed room but reject to provide any of them. After couple days they request a charges!

I don’t even know where to start on how great this hotel is. It’s the best place I have ever stayed at. The staff is so polite and friendly and they all do a great job. Every day we were asked if we like the breakfast and the room. The breakfast is the best,it’s like in an all inclusive resort. Even in a week you can’t get bored with the food and everything is fresh and tasty. The room is very big and the view from the one with a sea view is amazing. It’s not a cheap hotel but it was worth every euro. The pool and the gym are clean and well mantained both offering nice views. The hotel overall is very clean everywhere including the room and all shared spaces. The location is great,Pantai Tengah is across the street and it’s close to some restaurants and bars. 10/10 best hotel

Quiet part of Langkawi and very close to the beach with tons of local eateries around. Rooms and balcony spacious. Staff were exceptional.

2 of the machines in the gym were not functioning. I wish they had better quality breakfast sausages at the breakfast buffet.

I absolutely loved my stay at Aloft Langkawi. From the moment I arrived, the energy of the hotel felt relaxed, modern, and effortlessly cool. My room view was nothing short of magical. Waking up to that scenery alone made the stay unforgettable.A very special mention to Farrah (Fara) at the ground level bar. She is an absolute gem. Warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, with world class hospitality skills. She made every visit to the bar feel personal and welcoming, and she truly represents the best of Aloft’s service culture.The only area that could use improvement is the scarcity of sunbeds at the beach area. With such a beautiful beachfront, having more sunbeds would really elevate the overall guest experience.Overall, an amazing stay. Stylish, comfortable, and memorable. I would absolutely return and recommend Aloft Langkawi without hesitation.

Great service, very comfortable bed and amazing sea view. The pool looked good also but didn't get to try because of the rainy weather

A business lounge would be great to have meetings from. A lot of families with kids there so maybe not the best choice for solo traveler

The hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to the beach. We were particularly impressed by the delicious breakfast and the attentive staff. The pool area was a highlight, providing a beautiful view that made our stay even more relaxing.

The lobby space could be improved.

Breakfast was fantastic. Location was good and quiet. It was also a kid friendly hotel.

Lobby is not aircondtioned so it can get a little warm but it fits the resort vibes of the place.

Breakfast was great and delicious. Pool was amazing and with an infinity-like view on the sea. Room was perfect, with the balcony bigger than the others, right above the pool and with a direct view of the sea, providing great sunset views. Staff is super nice and helpful! Location was great. (I rented a car - which I definitely recommend)Hotel has a free baggy car. The driver can take you to the beach (it's only about a 160 meters away - take it if you need it)
