Perfect location, comfortable beds.

There is no soundproofing in room at all, so you can hear all the conversations, the noise of suitcases being moved outside, even the night movements/conversations in the neighboring room. The bathroom does not have any hooks for hanging things, and there are no towels for your feet or face. There is nowhere to dry wet swimsuits and underwear. Even small things like disposable shampoo and soap are limited to one item each, even though it is a twin room. There is no toothpaste or slippers at all, not to mention bathrobes.

Proximity to the beach and a decent breakfast with possibility for luggage storage for few hours post checkbout.

It's a 2 star property with only basic services. We booked a single king deluxe room but when we checked in they gave a 2 bed deluxe room. The room had a slight odor and the property is not secure and can be concerning for people who prefers safety and security at all times within the premise.

Staff very unprofessional. They seem like they doesn’t know their work they even gave our room card to other guests and they entered our room twice

Perfect stay for a family, close to all happenings just right in front of the beach. If you have kids this would be perfect place. Room size is spacious, Breakfast was good, Hot water, bike parking ample, car parking bit less as you cant wxpect more than this for the price. I would be happy to stay if I get chance to go again.

Location

There was a lack of care in dealing with the guest. Even though I informed them that I was on my honeymoon, on the very first night the ceiling collapsed due to the rain, and the light fixture almost fell to the ground. When I reported the issue, they moved me to an even worse room.

I rent the King Deluxe 3 night. The room has everything you need (except mini fridge). But overall with the location + the rate. It’s worth it. With spacious parking

The cleanliness, horrible. Too many cockroaches in the room. The bathroom is old, outdated like the rest of the hotel. I left the hotel in the middle of the night to go somewhere else. I requested a refund for the remaining days, I'm still waiting…

Location, low cost

Dedicated car park always full, day one in the room had to kill cockroaches in the two rooms I rented

Spacious and Clean Room. They provide iron and the board in the room, which is so convenient for me. Plus, the location is great. Pantai Chenang and Chenang Walk are at walking distance! No parking hassle.

I really liked the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. However, the room was not very clean—especially the pillows, which seemed worn out and not properly maintained. It feels like the owner hasn’t invested enough in maintaining the hotel, which is unfortunate because the location is great. There are many activities nearby and it's close to the beach, making it a favorite spot for tourists. With a bit more care and improvement, this hotel could be much better.
