The staff were so lovely.The location is perfect, set away in a peaceful location but minutes from all the hustle and bustle of the area. The little area outside your apartment was useful. Fell in love with the darker of the cats, so lovely, please love it if you meet them, we named her/him Manky as it's tail was broken and ear too.

We pulled the bed out so I could get out of the inside and it was soo dirty. Immediately pushed the bed back. The bedsheets were also stained and a weird synthetic material, and the towels were stained. The duvet kept falling out as the duvet cover was broken and I wouldn't give that to my dog. On saying this, we are travelling and on a budget, this is a budget hotel and the price was good for Langkawi.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was clean, with air con, fan and fridge.Water dispenser is provided with options for hot, cold and ambient water.Location was good, on a lane off the main road, the hotel was quiet, just a few minutes walk to restaurants and the beach.

The room was a bit small and storage for clothes could have been a bit better, but we cannot complain as the cost of the room was good.

All is ok and comfortable for me and my family. I have a great holiday on the Chinese New Year 2025 at there, the location also near to the Pantai Chenang, so we can only walk to the beach.

The alley from the roadside to the hotel is a little bit dark, and have so many bush when walking there, hope you may to put some light for walking area to the Chennang Beach. It little bit dangerous. Actually we always walk at night to go to Dataran Chennang, but we need to use touch light when we walk at the road. Hope you may improve this, we will go the

Quiet location away from a very busy holiday resort. . The beach lovely and lot of activities in the evening for families. Loads of restaurants nearby ,. Would thoroughly recommend Tapaz restaurant built into the ocean , food amazing and the view stunning especially sunset . Absolutely delightful place to spend a romantic evening .

I am completely disgusted by the hotel's fraudulent policy towards customers and illegal overcharge after the hotel booking is completed.

This property is a total scam! I booked a room for 7 nights through Booking.com, and after the booking was completed, a significantly higher amount was charged from my bank. I immediately contacted the hotel and tried to find out why this happened. They sent me an invoice with additional fees that were not specified at the time of booking, such as, Services, Heritage, Tourism fee. I did not agree to pay a higher amount than was indicated at the time of the initial booking, as this is an illegal and unfair activity and asked the hotel to cancel the booking and refund the money. The hotel refused to do so. The hotel published room for rent that same day.The hotel does not take any responsibility for the overcharge and claims that they are following Booking's instructions. Meanwhile, Booking.com, after several weeks of writing complaints, rejected my request for a refund. It was a shame on them.By the way, since I was staying in Lankawi for a long time, I tried to find a compromise with the hotel and asked to change my arrival date. They did not agree to my request, neither.The hotel is doing scammed activities, cheating on people. They fraudulently set an unfair amount with hidden fees for the rent, do not cancel the booking, and when I did not arrive at their property, they embezzle the rent money. In the meantime, the room is rented to other people. How clever!The most disgusting experience with Booking.com and this hotel during my trip around Asia.I do not recommend anyone to have anything to do with both businesses. My vacation was ruined, time wasted trying to defend myself as a customer.

The hostel is close to the beach (about 10 minutes to walk) and also close to many restaurants. The place is quiet and relaxing. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer tours around the island. We loved the mangrove tour. Thank you :)

Clean ,neat and tidy. Near to the beach and the environment are so calm .

The location is great as it is near to Ironman Race finishing.

The room is a bit small for 2 of us with our bicycles.

The solitude

No daily room cleaning unless you dropped your key before noon at reception. Many fittings were broken including a very dangerous electrical consumer unit. All in all not a pleasant experience

I booked 1 night. The first room that I was given had serious and dangerous problem with the electrics with the consumer unit shorting out and making a lot of noise. They moved me. The following day I decided to stay for a further 2 days. The manager Aiysha was nonchalant and uninterested and lazy and told me to book online.The 2nd day I was given no room service but managed to get 2 small bottles of water from them. They told me they would clean the room the next day. The following day I was in the room untill 12.00noon. I went out and came back at 02.00pm. not cleaned. The reception is not manned from noon untill 03.00pm. I walked to the reception at 03.00pm and was told that I had missed cleaning because I did not take the key to the reception before noon, even though I was in the room which was opposite the reception. All in all a very bad experience. My suggestion is that you leave this place for the locals who accept this standard of service.As I was finishing this 2 members of staff begrudgingly arrived to clean the room. My suggestion remains the same.

Overall is good..im with 10mnts olds infants and requests for room near to the parking..they give the best for us..really appreciate..easy to parking and safe..not to crowded and can walk to beach.

The location is nearby to savouneir and food shop.Every morning we just took our breakfast nearby there. The beach (Pantai Chenang) just walking distance.

When i came in i saw cockroach in the toilet ? but one and only so my bro just throw it outside. After that no more.

Convenient to Cenang Beach. Free parking, value for money.
