Breakfast spread was good and the rooms were spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodative.

The hotel was really comfortable, the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The location was close to plenty of food spots, which made everything easy. The bed was big and very comfortable, which made the stay even better. Really happy with my stay and would definitely come back

1st room got smelly room and ask staff to change room?

The location is superb. We did not take the breakfast in the hotel as we wanted to explore the eateries near Langkawi. The room is nice and comfy. They even provide the prayer mat, the telekung and the Alquran. We really appreciate and love it.

Not recommend

Upon arrival to check in at the hotel, they asked for 100RM as a security deposit and if anything broken from our room, they will cut from that deposit. But they didn't mentioned anything like that in anywhere while booking. The wifi service were unavailable during our 4 nights stay and they said it will unavailable for next 8 days for wifi upgrade, without any prior notice and, in that case they should have provide minimum wifi coverage as it is much needed in a hotel room when you're staying at it for 4 nights. They room service system is the worst, they didn't do any regular room cleaning and when asked for towel change and water bottle which they suppose to give in every day, they provide us only one. They towels were dirty, the washroom was very smelly. The hotel area gets very very quite by 9pm, very minimum tourits footprint in this area. If you're looking for a partyprone area, where you can find many stores, food place, tourists activities till late than this place shouldn't be in your list.

Location near to Kuah Town. The staff very helpful. Room quite big. For sure will stay here again.

Wide variety of food to choose of for breakfast. The jemput-jemput is a-must-try dish. As an islamic hotel, the room is equip with sejadah or prayer mate, telekung and quran. My room facing the MAHA Tower, just love it.

Very comfortable bed. Good value for the price. Easily accessible location. Quiet room and good AC.

No water dispenser available. A refill is possible at the restaurant in the ground floor. However, this is very inconvenient. The shower is nice, however, it’s flooding the bathroom. While the staff working in the reception is very friendly, the English of the employees at the restaurant was limited and they were unfriendly and not helpful. Especially during Ramadan non-Muslims have trouble to get something to eat as there is no buffet and they always serve the same, small dish. While the hotel information says that dinner is served until 10 pm, when we arrived at 20:15, the waiter told us that we could not get dinner anymore. However, there were still (muslim) people in the restaurant. While we understand that this is an Islamic hotel, some members of the staff clearly don’t respect people not following their culture. We received some vouchers when checking in for receiving free welcome drinks and a discount for the restaurant. However, when attempting to redeem the vouchers during the specified timeframe, we were told that we can not use them.Lastly, after 3 days our sink started leaking flooding our bathroom even more.

Near Kuah.

Limited choice of breakfast. During check out I was charged and asked to pay for something I didnt order or request for (extra pillows). I insisted that I didnt request for that and they later informed me that it was for a different room. However they did apologized for that mistake. Hopefully they will carefully checked it before asking for customer to pay for it.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and toiletries were provided. There is a large parking lot with plenty of free spaces, and some shops nearby. The MAHA tower is about a 10 min walk away.Please note that this is an Islamic hotel, which is even reflected in its logo. There are no restrictions for non-Islamic visitors, but it's something to be aware of. I was a bit surprised to realize this upon arrival, as I was wearing a short summer dress. While no one said anything, I was concerned about showing unintentional disrespect.

The room was a bit worn out, and there was some mold in the bathroom. The surrounding area is not the best, e.g. getting to MAHA tower requires walking on roads without sidewalks and passing by rather dirty abandoned territory.

Very large room, nice bathroom and comfy bed. Good location for the airport and restaurants in Kuah.

Despite being a non-smoking room the room REALLY smelt like cigarettes perhaps from a nearby room or through the vents. Blasting the Aircon did help with this but the smell lingered.

Clean and everything works

It must be strongly be stated to guests that this is an Islamic hotel. You must abide strictly by the culture and religion…no alcohol consumed on premises and halal food .

Decent big hotel with good breakfast and solid views. Not by the beach, but next to a discount warehouse with tons of cheap chocolate!

It's a slightly older hotel and it will be due for a refresh soon.

Nice Seaview.Not far from ferry terminal (5 min drive).Friendly staff.

Facilities poorly maintained (mouldy grout in bathroom, very old TV).Drain smells.Room, corridor and lift really need to be cleaned properly!

Reception staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check out late so that we can perform our Zohor prayers. This was very helpful as I was travelling with senior citizens, and they need to get some rest prior to us flying back home.Room space is big enough for two person with luggage and shopping haul.Breakfast spread was good too, I honestly only expected to be served with fried rice and bread however was presented with more (nasi lemak, fried noodle, beef bacon, pau, salad, bread and buns, noodle soup, fruits with hot drinks and fruit juice). Pleasant surprise! Beds were surprisingly comfortable too and I was able to sleep through the night. You can reach the HIG complex in less than a minute by walking - shop chocolates to your heart's content!

My parents' room smelled moldy when we first entered.My father commented on the "cucur bawang" to the kitchen staff and chef as they were very hard and served cold however the chef seemed unable to accept his suggestions gracefully.

This is the Islamic Hotel, which we don’t know before confirm the booking , Booking.com must inform about this issue in their information . We are going to this place for leisure , But this hotel strictly prohibited for drinking Alcohol. Which is really surprised for us .

Islamic culture . We are paying this for our entertainment. So many things are restricted here.
