Tv in the room only has audio without picture, we so tired don't bother to report to tech because we don't want ppl to come insideNo irons in the room was biggest disappointment No thrash bin in the bathroom, only in the roomNo bottled water, need to walk far for coway , but hot water aren't functioning. Is it service regularly?Furnitures and interior are dated ,towels reached expiry but clean.

The room was spacious and with a good view.

Cleanliness is something that I was looking for. The rooms were not cleaned in 6 days of our stay. The staff will come and just make the beds. No floor cleaning and bathroom cleaning. With Children its a must daily activity the hotel should do. Other thing is the food, if you are a pure vegetarian then the hotel has very less options like none. There is only breakfast served by the hotel and for the rest you will have to order food from outside if you need to. We had to carry our own luggage to the room. the service boy was just looking at it and was selective on picking up luggage. Basically no management.

The view is amazing, with the infinite swimming pool that is close to the ocean, very relaxing, room is tide and clean

They required a 200 MYR deposit and imposed unexpected extra charges. The sofa in the sitting area can be converted into a bed, yet using it costs 150 MYR per day, which was never clearly communicated before booking. The late check-out policy is extremely strict with zero flexibility. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Only good thing was that it was close to the bay and walking along the bay was wonderful

The rooms are dirty, smelly. I found hair everywhere, room is very dirty and smelly.

We stayed for 4nights, Pool is good size, breakfast was meh.

The towel provided to our room was the same as pool towels which smells moldy.The waterheater emits a plasticky smell which lingers on the water.Pool towels runs out around 6pm when we’re there. Room was not soundproof.

Dayang Bay Resort is a pleasant place to stay, especially for families with children. One of the biggest highlights is the kids’ pool area, which is well-designed and keeps children entertained for a good amount of time. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making the stay relaxing. Another strong point is the lovely view, which adds to the overall experience and makes the stay enjoyable.

Breakfast is a major disappointment. The quality and variety are below expectations, with limited options and lack of freshness. For a resort of this standard, breakfast definitely needs improvement.

The sea view

The hotel is very unclean, the first room we had was so bad that we had to change to another one which was a bit better, also the trash cans around the hotels were disgusting, it has visible stains and mold all over it

The hotel management need to check the conditions of some of the rooms since they are poorly maintained. When I arrived on my first night the AC was not working and had to replace the room, what if the resort was fully booked and no rooms were available.Plus the elevators needs to be changed or reprogrammed because it’s doors close very roughly and might lead to serious injures escorcilly to mobile people or children.The breakfast needs to include more options especially for customers from ARAB countries since majority of the hotel guests are Arabs.Other than the above everything else was perfect, first I planned to stay for 3 nights then extended for additional 3 nights because I liked the place

The location was good

We arrived early to the resort and room was not provided until the checkin time. We came at 11.30 to the resort and we were continuously asking for the room but the response was not good. When i went at 2.45 at that time they given the key. If the room is ready then staff should come and give the keys if the customers are waiting. This is the 1 thing i have not liked it and rest of it was very good.

Location was excellent. It is in Kuah. Ferry Terminal, Eagle Square, Mangrove Forest, Sky Bridge, Patai Kok Beach and Dream Forest all are in 15-25 minutes range. Only Cenang Beach is far away. They have an excellent infinity swimming pool. and a very nice breakfast.

I think they should have much cleaner towels than they provide. They also should provide Toothbrush and Razor complimentary.

The furniture is old and not clean need a maintenance & replace , the buffet similar to Indian food not int. food , the room it has a smell , they need to update the pictures

Nice pool with infinity like view! great room with terrace and sea view! fast lifts and clam environment. Good location, nice parking space and overall it was very comfortable.

They changed the room quickly as it fluctuated with power supply issue, new room was good and no further issues.

Room was clean and spacious, though sofa a bit dated. Hotel had small thoughtful gestures like it provided mugs, cutleries, dishwashing detergent and sponge, water cooler to make our stay very comfortable. Hotel pool was very nice, with good views overlooking the ocean. Staff were friendly and very accommodating when we requested for baby cot and extra towels. Overall one of the better hotels we've encountered. Would recommend!

Breakfast choices were a bit limited, but sufficient and tasty.
