Really good value; room service was surprisingly good too. Location convenient if you’re passing through Langkawi briefly for one night; not sure about longer stays though

The long walk to the room from the lift. Breakfast wasn’t great, lacked healthy options.

Close to the airport, with a good restaurant and delicious breakfast. The rooftop pool was nice, and the room was comfortable and clean.

Only one thing and I think that I was unlucky....the next door room were very noisy one night with loud talking and children playing and screaming

Clean and modern rooms, with all necessary facilities, comfortable beds, helpful staff, good location, restaurants and supermarkets at the ground floor of the hotel, good buffet breakfast containing also some western food choices.

Convenient to the airport The restaurant was excellent for dinner. Breakfast included was full breakfast that was very good.

Small room. My first stay Room meet minimum size as ok. My second stay Room 244 was just too small. Also no hot water on second stay.

Location is less than 10 minutes from airport, air conditioning is cold, water pressure in the shower is strong, bed is very comfortable. There is swimming pool at the top level. Breakfast variety is pretty good. Staff are friendly.

Best location. Loved the breakfast. It was very clean and super comfortable. Stayed at the queen smith suit. It was a big room for 2 persons. There was bidet too. Staffs were really helpful. Would definitely come back and would definitely recommend.

It’s cleanliness, full amenities, quiet, and good breakfast.

The bath soap dispenser in my room was broken and never replaced. Only 1 universal power outlet; so had to buy an 3-prone (Malaysia) adapter in order to use the other power outlets in the room.

Close to the airport but a bit far from the main area with restaurants, bars, etc. With a scooter or grab it is manageable though.

- The staff is really helpful.- The food suits my Malaysian palate. But they also offer Western selection.- The TV has satisfactory channel selection.- Parking is free, and spacious.- Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it is very convenient.

I do hope there's another ceiling lamp being installed at the toilet there. It's a bit dark.

PROXIMITY TO AIRPORT, AWAY FROM THE BUSTLING CITY, CLOSER TO SKY CAB, EATRIES AREOUND THE HOTEL, CLEAN ROOMS, GOOD BREAKFAST SPREAD

ROOMS WERE COMPACT, INTERET WAS FLUCTUATING BETWEEN THE ROOMS AND LOBBY, COULD HAVE MORE OPTIONS FOR VEGETERIANS, NO CONCIERGE SERVICE TO HELP US UNLOD FROM THE CARS ESPECIALLY TRAVELLING WITH BIG FAMILY

The toilet don't have much place to hang the towel . On our second day staying..the water pressure become slow and water heater not hot not sure why btw we are about to check out that time so ,okay la not big issues

Location was not convenient at all unless you rent a car or scooter. I would also recommend not to book Mangrove forest or other tours by staff if you want to get better deal. Airport is really close. Use grab to transfer to hotel unless you wanted to charge 8 times more for short distance.

pool could be opened a little longer, breakfast could have more "breakfast" option (many options seemed to us more like lunch or dinner)

Everything was really great. the Staff were so friendly and helpful. The meals were delicious. The room was clean and cozy. The distance from the airport was perfect. I would definitely stay at The Smith House again.
