Breakfast buffet had a nice variety and good service. Nice view from the room.

Service and food quality at the beach restaurant was sub par. Hairdryer was using a different plug than the socket with no adapter provided. Room cupboard interior were dusty.

There was a lot construction work in the sea on the hotel beach with at once 2 ships (which made a lot of noise as they were moving lots of rubble around) and diggers which was an eye sore and an ear sore. It would have been good if Booking would have told us this before we booked.

Fantastic and kind staff in a luxurious place very well located. 3 great places to eat and a great bar.

Most of the staff are very friendly and hospitable and the location is very picturesque.

The WhatsApp Butler service really lets the staff down, and verging in incompetent at times. We resorted to asking at reception and getting results immediately. Breakfast is less than exciting and the fruit always has flies on it, plus it looks like it's been kept from the day(s) before. Didn't help that the selection did not change either! Any food ordered from the children's menu takes a VERY long time to arrive so we resorted to pre-ordering food (through the butler service) and this even arrived 20 minutes after the arranged time. Lastly, housekeeping are not on top of things and having a cockroad in our room is one thing but upon leaving we flipped the duvet to make sure we hadn't left anything and we discovered a huge stain on the underside which on closer inspection we realised was the top side of the duvet and housekeeping had just put it on upside down to hide it!! Overall, it is not the level of service that we expected from a 5* hotel like St Regis.

Luxurious throughout the hotel, with very high spec detailing Rooms were extremely clean and the staff so attentive to all our needs

Vegetarian dinner options are quite limited but the chef was so helpful and offered to curate a dish that was suitable for us

Absolutely gorgeous property! Luxurious and comfortable with attentive, friendly staff.

The food is delicious, and great menus, but very expensive. Activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding in the little private beach are also charged extra which is disappointing.

Despite the service being really bad you could tell it was not the fault of the staff who were trying their best but it was clearly the fault of management and the lack of training

- The property is outdated. - we paid about 800 usd a night, you are far from the service or the quality of hotel you should have for that price- the pool is small- beach is a swamp- staff is not well trained, missing orders all the time, missing items on every menu, Front desk (Rishi) doesn't know how to talk to guess shouldn't work in a 5 star hotel.

The lobby bathrooms were dirty, the rooms were next to the staff storage area which was noisy.. the beach staff weren’t helpful enough with providing our needs . There was no control over noisy guests when I complained .

All the front of house, including the gym, are exceptional double height spaces.The staff are exceptional, the best we’ve come across in our travels. The butler service was impeccable.

The design and interior decor were exquisite. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

The air conditioning was a bit weak even at the highest setting.

The room was fantastic. It was noted as a "plunge" pool, but it was much larger. The set-up was great - no need to leave our area. The breakfast was great - lots of variety. The thing that sets this resort a part is the staff. They were all exceptionally kind and helpful. Really made for a wonderful stay.

awesome room and pool, extremely helpful staff, and nice and clean private beach. location is 5 min drive to the local town so you can use the Grab app to get around too. so it was very convenient!

nothing! the only hitch was I wish there were more vegetarian options for private dining. but wasn't a big problem, I ordered from the grab app!

Service could be better in the restaurant for breakfast. Seemed chaos at times, and when I ordered a coffee, it was forgotten and had to order again. I wanted to go canoeing and was told that it couldn't be done due to the weather. Even though the weather seemed fine. I feel it's because there wasn't anyone else that wanted to do it they decided to cancel. During check out, I called for the hotel trolley for the bags. Waited and waited nobody came. Ended up having to drag my own bags across the hotel to check out. This hotel definitely needs to up it's game on service for the prices they are charging!
