Bella Vista Express Hotel

The hotel is conveniently located, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The swimming pool was not very clean and needs better maintenance.

BOTH BELLA VISTA EXPRESS AND WATER FRONT This hotel was a profoundly disappointing experience and I strongly advise against booking a stay here. The property appears to be significantly aged and poorly maintained. Cleanliness was a major issue, with visible signs of wear and tear throughout. Garbage was present in common areas and the room itself was not clean, contradicting the images displayed online, which appear to be misleading.The overall condition of the hotel suggests a very low-budget establishment that has not been adequately cared for. I had booked a four-night stay and, after seeing the condition of the room and hotel, attempted to cancel. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to issue a refund. Furthermore, the booking platform's customer support was unhelpful, stating they could not process a refund without the hotel's approval, which the hotel predictably declined. This resulted in a significant financial loss.In summary, this hotel is not as advertised and exhibits unacceptable levels of cleanliness and maintenance. The booking process and subsequent support were equally frustrating. Prospective guests should be aware that the images may not accurately reflect the current state of the property, and that obtaining a refund in case of dissatisfaction may prove extremely difficult

Only the staff were nice!

Noting was clean. Hairs in the shower, hairs in the bed, hairs on the ground. We asked for another room, but this was the same. We didn’t even slept there. We booked another hotel the same night.

Close to the airport.

It was quite dirty. Blood stains & other stains on the bedding. The bathroom was dirty. There weren't any toiletries & bottles of water. The floor was filthy. Sliding door lock to the balcony was broken. The pool wasn't clean. No lift. No restaurant.

my experience was unfortunately quite negative. The biggest issue was the bathroom: the toilet was not only clogged but also dirty and had a foul smell. It was really off-putting and made my stay uncomfortable. While the hotel had a decent location, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance overshadowed any positives. I truly hope management addresses these issues, as it’s essential for guest comfort.

Staffs are very helpful.Location is very close to airport.

They have everything but not under good maintenance.Like swimming pool is dirty,beddings are very old.Hotel itself looks shabby….

Enough big room

No daily clean, no daily servis water we have to ask everyday. Location if you want to be in the center its not good you can not walk. You need taksi.

Staff were nice enough

Pool out due to maintenance.Lift out for maintenance.Bathroom - totally hadn't been cleaned for multiple stays. Soap in holder not cleaned in weeks.

Staff was ok

The property was getting renovated and most of the coming areas remained closed. Also property doesn’t look as described in pics. No food was provided. Need to go out or order online

The location is near to the airport and attractions place like cable car, crocodile adventure land and pantai kok

It's near airport, staff very good, my flight landed bit early than check in time, I got in bit early. Thanks for staff. Good room nice to get this price.

under construction, weak staff and 8 am they start with work with a lot of noise !!!!

Was there for only a night, air con was working good, water heater was good, and it’s near to the telaga harbour

No fridge, no tv, no restaurant, it’s a very basic room, come here if you just want a night of good sleep..

Corner side of island

My room was very large and had a beautiful view. The pool was nice. Included breakfast buffet was decent. I seems to be one of the only guests and felt like I had a private hotel all to myself.

The room was a little dirty, the floors and bathrooms could of been a bit cleaner.

Friendly staff. We arrived very late and did not bring much cash for deposit. Staff was understanding enough to let us rest first. He even helped to carry our luggage as the lift was not working. Room was spacious. Hot shower works perfectly. Parking space is huge and well lit.

Hotel feels outdated albeit clean enough. Ironing station is at the corridor. The price is good enough for a one night transit stay.

Best thing was the space of the room and the bed itself, really comfortable and clean. I chose this place as I needed where to stay and rest between Kuala Lumpur and Koh Lipe Tailand. It is a Great option for one Night after a long flight, but maybe not the best if your plan is to Visit Langkawi for some days. Breakfast was good.

If you need to have dinner or you arrive late there are no options right nearby, you Will have to ask something take away for which I suggest Grab App Food. Swimming pool was not clean but anyway I did not use it.
