Customer service is very good

The room is big and nice view.

Rooms were spacious & clean. They allowed one hour early check-in at 2pm since we had a sunset cruise booked at 3pm. It's nearby to mall. We also ordered food in room. The taste was really good. Breakfast was totally worth as well. Enjoyed the stay. Didn't get a chance to go to the pool though.

They take 100 RM security deposit at the time of check-in. They returned it during check-out without any hassle but it felt a bit unnecessary. We're used to keeping our rooms neat & leave it in a proper condition. I think it might be because of some earlier negative experience they might've had with some other guests so i don't hold it against them

First they did not give me rooms which i have paid for , they lied that room not available . Did not provided good room after booking 2 months early and already paid.

A nice clean calm hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet and nice big rooms.

I got mixed feelings from some staff when trying to make conversation, maybe they can work on their hospitality

We really enjoyed our stay at this business hotel, even if we were on holiday. We had a lovely large room with a balcony over looking the ferry and waters beyond. The room had the usual amenities, a large shower room and was serviced daily. The buffet breakfast was good (sometimes a bit slow refilling the "bain maries") with a selection of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are definitely sound proof, very clean. Unfortunately, they don't have smart TV's, so there were no English channels. They have a good breakfast spread for 25MYR. I had a good view of the bay, where the Langkawi eagle is from my room. I loved that the hotel is not too far from the mall, park, the bay and eateries. Takes less than 10 minutes to access either facility. The pool is sizeable if there aren't too many people using it at the same time and they have a good gym as well.

The hotel is too far from the main beach. the beach they say is a kilometer from the hotel, isn't an actual beach. The only mode of transport is via grab, which can sometimes add up on costs.

Everything... We travel A Lot. Best Breakfast Buffet ever!

Only offered a very limited Dinner buffet. No menu options. MR. 35. . Would recommend local restaurants for Dinner

1. The shower in the room 805 very slow and still slow after the complaint.2. Need to ADD MORE STAFF AT MIDNIGHT SISSION for room service ( extra bed )3. Food tastes UNSATISFACTORY

We were surprised to have to give 00 ringet CASH key deposit We couldn't use our credit cards or leave a passport. So had to go fined an ATM to draw cash Very very inconvenient and addition cost for a one night stayNot staff fault but strang policy Keep in mind when booking

We had a big and spacious room with sea view. It was comfortable. The room service worked well. Breakfast was good and the staff were super friendly. The pool was nice as well the gym. We didn’t explore the area, but it is walking distance from the Kuah pier.

A great accommodation with a wonderful view. Close to the town centre, a local market, the beach and the port. Easy to get - by grab - to an attraction Langkawi Sky Bridge Cable Car.

A good hotel for a short stay on Langkawi Island. The hotel personnel were nice and polite. The room was spacious and clean. We got a corner room with two balconies, allowing us to enjoy the island’s amazing landscape.The hotel is located near the center of Kuah and close to the port. However, there are no restaurants or grocery shops nearby, except for the hotel’s restaurant.We received a great recommendation from the locals about a famous Malaysian burger kiosk run by a local family, located near the hotel. It is well-known across Langkawi and definitely worth trying.The hotel also has a swimming pool with a nice area around it to sit and relax.

The large balcony was empty without any chairs or tables. It would be nice to have some balcony furniture so that hotel guests could enjoy the spectacular nature in the evening or early morning

Good location for a quick overnight stay pre ferry departure

Strange area not much about difficult to find places for dinner. Not overly clean did the job for one night but very basic

I like everything in Seaview I have been going there for yearsI love the staff who are always friendly and there to help if needed.

Nothing not to like I can't think of anything I don't like

The gym was very nice with towels and water bottles. Nice swimming pool in the shadow.Very close to the Jetty when you arrive from Thailand by boat.

The breakfast wasn’t our taste. Different choices but not very tasty. Cappuccino is extra. And often empty of things, that we had to ask to refill every times.
