Best location at an affordable price.

Staff service was not that welcoming and unfriendly.too less options if you are a vegetarian. And an awkward silence in the premises.

This hotel cleanliness is out to window, it dusty, smell like molding and it need major renovation...

**Pros:**- Spacious rooms- Competitive pricing- Excellent sea views, Eagle Square views, and Maha Towers views- Comfortable beds- Daily cleaning service- Ample parking**Cons:**- No international sockets available, even upon request, they denied and asking us to buy from stores (even at midnight when the shops are closed).- Poor floor maintenance—dusty and sticky if walking barefoot- Breakfast is disappointing: very limited options, overly oily food, empty containers not refilled, and unsupportive staff- Extremely noisy rooms due to late-night programs; no soundproofing on windows or doors, leading to sleep disturbances- In-room locker not functioning.

We stayed for two nights in the family room. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had limited options but was sufficient and tasty. The view was beautiful and the location convenient. The swimming pool was A+. kids love it. Overall, a pleasant stay for families.

Area close to everything

Lound all night long .Horrible wifiDont go if your not Muslim, was ignored at Cafe completely while person of Muslim religion were help right away even after we had been sitting for 10 minutes.

The pool and the surrounding area is great.

The room was not vacuumed properly, the bathroom was moldy.

I like the pool there. We stayed in the family room.A spacious room for us with 2 adults and 1 toodler as well 1 baby.The room is nice even though the things inside are old.

The fan is not working.A bit of dusty and the main door is so hard to get in the room where I need help from the staff at the front desk to help me.

The location was good as we were leaving from the jetty in the morning boat.

Dirty room! There were hairs all over the bathroom in the sink and on the toilet seat when we arrived. Stains on the sheets. The floor was dirty. The fan in the room didn’t work and the hotel didn’t have the room I requested. We had to take 2 twin beds

The location was very nice. The rooms were neat.

We had left the room card inside the room by mistake but the team wanted to check the room before providing the deposit back which was fine. But they took forever to go to the room and confirm that the keys were present which made us miss our flight. It would be great if the team can be little considerate of other urgency.

I like the food is good.

The privacy system is fail. How can housekeeper enter our room without seeking our permission. I didn’t put any sign to makeup room or made any request ,But notice that they enter our room cleaning the bed. What if valuable things missing? Not to talk about that but this is really breach our privacy. They say it is their policy, but i found it is nonsense as many hotel not doing like they did,

It is an older resort, but the rooms were very spacious. We loved the slides and the pool. Special thanks to Mr Razimy who went out of his way to help us with a medical emergency and waited with us for hours. We really appreciate your kindness and help.

Location, swimming pool, very quite, good scenery of islands

Bit out dated as old building but considering the price its fine.

Good location a short taxi ride from the ferry terminal.

The first room we were given had faulty a/c and a dirty carpet. However, the staff were very responsive to our concerns and gave us an acceptable room.

The location of this hotel is very good.

Most of the staffs doesn’t understand English and speaks only the local language. They did mistakes to charge my card multiple times (don’t know intentionally or unintentionally), the property where I stayed is very old and not very clean. I booked two rooms, in one room Air Cooler was not working. Carpet was dirty and smelly.Staffs at the restaurant were very rude. They booked my cruise. I paid 100RM in advance, which was not reflected at the time of my payment at the cruise deck. I did not get my money back from the hotel, as the staffs were changed.
