Malibest Resort

As our flight was early, we reached the hotel 3 hours before check in time. However, the hotel had facility to keep the luggage and hotel staff were very helpful to support. After giving the luggage, we went to the beach and spent good time before entering the hotel room. To my surprise the room was quite big compared to the photos and the best part which should be highlighted was the comfortable bed.

The breakfast could be improved, however there is pretty much all basic items. No complains whatsoever.

The hotel location is very strategic. It is located at Pantai Cenang. You even get to watch the fire show if you get the seaview rooms. Definitely recommended for family and the staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Maybe they can fix a tap nearby the beach area so the visitors can wash their feet before getting into the hotel premise to avoid all the beach sand getting into the bulding.

Every thing was good , I love the place and the approximate location to the beach, the breakfast in the open sea area and its an affordable resort.

Dirty pool, elevators not working, 2 family rooms allocated with 9 rooms apart separating kids and parents, stray dogs roaming within the premises of hotel

the airconditioner leaked. went down to inform the staff and they say will inform the technician but never came.

The location was good.

They scammed us about the swimming pool. The swimming pool was under construction. They didn't bother to inform the guest before or after the booking. They didn't even compensate for it. We booked it for the swimming pool also. If they can't provide the swimming pool facilities, they should compensate for this by complimentary services or refunds . It is a pure scam . The room was overpriced compared to the overall facilities provided by the hotel.

Came in to check in at 1pm. Was told the check in at 3pm. Came back at 330 pm but the room was not ready yet. Frustrating.

It was dirty, the linen was used and there was a bad smell. The hospitality was really poor.

The staff are well mannered. The location is very good. Food is also good.

Poor house keeping, 2 times requested but not cleaned which is embarrassing even I told receptionist

House keeping n poor reception management. I stayed 2 nights but no house keeping done, I requested two times to reception but not taken action. Sorry to say the reception showed the record of cleaning but not done even 2 times requested.

Worst.. waste of money.. toilet bidet broken, no hot water n shower. Ac remote not working. Booked a balcony room and got a regular room saying rooms are full

The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also very good. I can't wait to stay with you again!

We needed to extend our stay by one night. The staff were extremely helpful in finding us a room at the resort so we didn't need to move hotels; and explored all available options with us as the beautiful room we were in was already booked for that night. We moved to a 'deluxe family room' on this night. The difference between this room and the room we had been in ('premier deluxe family room') was significant. I learned that this was because the rooms in main resort building had been upgraded recently but the rooms in the other building (housing the 'deluxe family rooms') had not been renovated. In the deluxe family room, the carpets were very badly damaged and, overall, the difference from the room we had previously been was significant which made our last night not as amazing as the rest of our stay. Despite this, the beds were still well made, clean and very comfortable; and as the hotel had done their best to accommodate our unexpected extra night, it definitely didn't ruin our wonderful stay at the resort!

Friendly staff, cleanliness, good breakfast, pool for kids, nearby activities, location near beach.

Asked for an extra blanket but not available, no washing machine or sink for cleaning baby bottles or coffee cups - using bathroom sink is a little gross.

Rooms are good, clean. However overall areas seem to be old and not well decorated. The hall before the room doors is empty and make sound eco a lot.
