room near beach and shops which is great location and happening area's. the taste of food at sandy restaurant quite ok. good customer service.

experiencing breakfast package not so good. same menu everyday . no buffets breakfast . only give 4 choice sets of menu. which is is only can choose one. i feel wasted to paid room with breakfast. no sound proof room, u can hear people talk from inside your room. no privacy.

For the price we paid, direct access to beach and in the center of cenang, we couldnt ask for more. The bed was comfy, size of the room is just nice, the amenities are great, enough shelfing and bench. We must point out the water pressure on the shower is superb!!! My boy said, there isnt any sand in his butt crack!

The flush wasnt working at first, we gotta fill up the toilet, and the toilet seats are cracked. The car park provided is on the opposite side on the one-way road, u had to passed the entrance to the car park before you can drop your passenger. I gotta take a big detour around to get back to the car park.

Very nice location , the staff very friendly, the room is not very good , very small and the bathroom door need more fixing , as a rafly it's nice place

I think hotel should prepare many type of food breakfast. Local food,western ,fruit,cake. Now days food its ok but hotel can improve. Make it so delicus

U could have cleaned blankets n pillow smells bad. I asked receptionist whether they changed or not they said yes but I felt they not changed. I'm felt bad.. Not recommended for any costumer next time

There is nothing to like. Everything is disaster.

Rooms are dirty, smell, full of mosquito. The ceiling of the room and bathroom has many holes which are closed with plastic. The towels are dirty and bad smell. It was impossible to stay there. We didn't stay there. We booked another good hotel at the same location. I am requesting all of you please don't book this hotel. They didn't return any money. We booked for 4 nights for 2 rooms. We left the hotel within 1 hr after check in. We didn't use anything. But, sandy hotel didn't return any money.This is one type of cheating. I am using booking.com from many years. But, I didn't find these type of mismatch between photo\reviews and the actual condition.I will request booking.com that please consider to remove this hotel from your app or reflect the actual condition.

Open the door, we see a beach... very peacefull. I very like it.

The restaurant is too close to my room. It's quite noisy until late at night. I wanted to relax in front of the room so I was disturbed.

The best thing about Sandy Beach Resort is its location. Staying only a few metres away from the beach was really enjoyable. The facilities for the chalets (where we stayed) were good, however, the main building (where we need to get our water to drink) place would really benefit with some improvement.It was dark and looked somewhat deserted.

Lovely place to stay. It's on the cenang beach and has got a lovely restaurant. The two bedroom chalet is wonderful. However we had a big mouse entering our cottage through an opening for wires. This is easy to fix and the resort should fix that.

Location

Did not even get water bottles, rooms were not cleaned on daily bases. Only once it was cleaned in my three days stay. My bath towels were not changed. The bed was not comfortable, it was pretty old. It was unclean and stagnant water when I opened my windows. No cupboards to keep my bags and clothes, a small space was given where my bag did not even fit that space

I didn’t like the fact that the beach is dominated by water sports with little space for swimming and no sun beds. Also, didn’t have wifi signal in the room

The location is strategic. Accessible to the the beach and all the fun activities in Chenang.

I think some things need to be replaced like the mattress already sagging. The toiletries provided was not enough. No housekeeping until we check out and breakfast was disaster.

The room I get is comfortable. Wheelchair users easy to roam in the room.

Only set back is the mattress is not straight. It's slouch in the middle. Make my back not straight and abit of pain when lying down. And breakfast is not ok. Pls make it more better choices. Thanks

Overpriced

The room not very good as the priced charged..breakfast just OK only.If me ,won't recommend to friends...overpriced.

The lodging location was exceptional, literally at the beach. Just need to take a few step to go swimming or any other water activity. The beach and the ocean were clean.The rooms were spacious, the beddings and towels were clean.Free drinking water was provided inside the room.Complimentary drinks were given during check-in. Too bad we weren't able to claim them as we were rushing.Outdoor shower was provided to wash off the sand before going inside the rooms.Lots of shops and attractions at surrounding area.Iron was provided.

Parking area at the opposite side of the road, around 100 meters away.Had a visit from Mr Mickey Mouse during the night ? The breakfast was average at best.

There is no parking near the resort.Room has no window.
