The Bayou Hotel Langkawi

Stylish lobby/bar area that flows out to the beautiful swimming pool. Great buffet breakfast. Well located close to everything but quiet at night. Comfy room.

Breakfast was great and the swimming pool was very appropriate for the kids - clean swimming pool. Breakfast was very good and enjoyed the happy hour on the bar on a daily basis.

Room was a bit small expected a more spacious room - the view outside the window was horrible - the hotel is right by a main road and rooms on the main room was noisy. My window's view were aircons.

The friendly smiling staff, the ambience of cleanliness and aesthetic design, the swimming pool, the accessibility to eateries and Cenang is a walk away.Thank you Ms Juliana and your team for always being supportive to our stay at Bayou.

The fact that i had to checkout and return to work.

The staff was at the top. They were always smiling and acknowledging you with a good morning or hello. Bed was comfortable and pillows were good. We had a room facing the pool which was great. Breakfast had great variety and coffee. Walked to the beach. It was a quiet place to relax. They had movie night and music another

Really everything was great.

Clean and nice looking rooms

Poor quality breakfast, loud at night from either movies outside or live music, few pool chairs and always crowded

I like the hotel because it is a great location, clean, comfortable and staff are nice.

The breakfast menu should change because we stayed there for 4 days and it was a repetitive menu after 2 days. One day they had bread pudding and it was gone after we came. We were waiting for that and it didn’t come out again.

The property was clean and well positioned. The staff were welcoming and friendly

The breakfast area needs air conditioning

Our stay was perfect. It's a new hotel, so everything was top notch. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Loved the concept of a movie night with popcorn. The pool is beautiful even though we didn't get a chance to get in.

The room size is a bit small, but manageable

This hotel is very family/kids friendly. They even have a playroom in the lobby, which is super convenient for parents. Love the pool too. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. The service is tip-top, with friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. The location is also great — just a short walk to shops, eateries, and Cenang Beach. We truly enjoyed our time here.

The gym could be improved, as it is quite small and can only accommodate about 2–3 people at a time. Adding a small weights rack would make the experience even better.

Excellent breakfast! Very classy place. The bar and kitchen both produced top shelf items.

The sound was too loud the night they had live entertainment. My room was right above that. Just need to lower the volume a bit.

Cleanliness.

Traffic noise. Asked for quiet room and got given room facing highway.. No double glazing so hear traffic all night long..

Amazing hotel with all facilities needed. The business lounge was perfect, pool area very nice with the view over the rice fields. Comfortable bed and I loved how they provided a complimentary snacks box on arrival. They have fun activities like movies under the stars, live music, etc. Breakfast was ok.Location great, close to everything pretty much walking distance

Excellent 3-star hotel. Staff is wonderful. Many thanks to Mokhtar and all.

The staff were very friendly and helpful from.the start right up to us needing to have breakfast a little early on our last day.The rooms were nicely furnished and clean. We were traveling with 2 young children (5 years old and a 1 year old) and they both slept soundly. The facilities were great. We spent a lot of time in the pool enjoying the nice hillside backdrop.A quick walk from the hotel gets you to the beach and a load of duty free shops.

Not really much to mention. The buttons on the lift don't light up clearly which can be confusing. Other than that, would be complaining just for the sake of it.

Nice hotel, great staff, good food , lovely pool , gardens and outlook !

A little noisy roadside, maybe invest in double glazing .

The staff at this hotel is incredible. They are always with a smile and try to solve anything they can to give you a good stay. Tuan was really friendly and like everyone there always with a smile. The pool was amazing with lots os places to relax. Great food at the restaurant with really reasonable prices. Great breakfast too. Free popcorn was also great for the kids.

Our main issue was our room that during the stay have a strong smell but when we gave that info to the staff they tried to solve the situation.

Everything was really good.Great and big room, very nice staff, awesome breakfast. The pool was perfect too, and the food was also really good.Good location with free parking.I really recomend this hotel.

Everything is good . Staff are nice. Breakfast is very nice.location wise it is in a prefect location. toddler's friendly environment

Lovely staff who were very helpful. The breakfast was a big hit with our family. Lots of choice. The cocktails and food were reasonably priced and of good quality. We used the games room on our last day when we were killing time between check out and going to the airport.

The room was clean and comfortable, but not huge.

It was a wonderful stay and quite close to the beach, can go by walk but suggest to take a taxi, it will not cost more than 5 or 6 Ringit. It has good swimming pool and the breakfast was good as well.
