Im vegetarian and the chef made an effort for me .

The pool area had no sun loungers , so I was not able to relax by the pool and fully enjoy my holiday .

A very clean room in a clean hotel .

There were no Sun loungers so I was not able to relax by the swimming pool .

Nice pool. Good rooms. Beer available in shop.

No bar. Breakfast not great for western taste.

I love this hotel. Walking distance to HIG. Nice breakfast. The family room was very spacious. Nice swimming pool. Thumbs up

Breakfast some of the buffet tray already empty staff dont realise we have to call and inform them.

In quiet area, close to the petrol station and main roads,Bathroom and room clean. Breakfast buffet was good.There is a dispenser of filtered water in reception.Plenty of parking spaces.There is a tour desk in reception to arrange activities.

The bathroom door couldn't close fully.The wardrobe door was partially broken, coming off.There was a bed lying on the floor next to my room door, inapropiate

The staff at the Grennish Hotel Langkawi in downtown Kuah were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through Langkawi

I like the location is near my competition venue

The toilet door couldn't be close fully and lock. Also cabinet door is bad.

Strategic location, nearby shopping area. Swimming pool is open almost all day long, allowing us to enjoy at late evening. Room is very spacious and best value to your money.

Room facilities are bit old e.g. cupboard and toilet, refurbishment would help. Breakfast is just okay, lacking of varieties and taste.

The location is strategic. The pool is superb. The facilities are good enough.

The bed is too hard, i could not sleep well. The breakfast is so so, its below my expectation.

Hotel is close to port, shops, bars and restaurants offering various cuisines. Room was clean, quiet and relatively spacious. And everything in the room worked. Small problems are fixed instantly; a small leak on the bidet spray was attended to in minutes. Staff are accommodating, friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is a bit sparse, the promised continental components missing. Mostly cold, Malaysian food. Poor is great, but the number of guests entering it fully clothed gives the treatment systems difficulties as the water was a little murky. Guests should also be asked to dry before entering the building. The lift floor was constantly wet

The room is spacious, just beside HIG, near to ferry too. Got breakfast provided and the staff is friendly.

Hmm the toilet has some issue, but that's all.

Attractive facilities available; pool, breakfast included, near HIG with a mini mart and travel desk in-house. Petrol station just next door with a mini mart. Staff are lovely and couldnt be more helpful. Spacious, well-equipped rooms looking out to the town.

Other guests letting their children run riot in and around the pool, in their non-swimming fabric - theres a reason why there are regulations, people! Little consideration for the property and other guests. Then non-chalantly dripping wet into the lifts making the floor around the lifts slippery and hazardous. Yes weve paid for the rooms but I doubt theres provision for staff to mop the floors throughout the day. The petulance of the few spoils it for many. Its a shame because I wouldve wanted to stay longer but couldnt stand the atmosphere. The PM has quite a task with his #KeluargaMalaysia vision.

Nothing. Really regret staying here.

The pillow was not fluffy. Was told to pay RM10 if you want to request extra old sessions pillow. Toilet bidet was leaking and it wets the whole floor. No phone to call the receptionist but they gave you the number to make a call which you have to bear the cost. Breakfast was really disappointing as the foods were not enough. Aircorn was noisy and it affected your sleep. Lifts are super slow. I guess the glory of good old days for this hotel is over. Wont be back for sure
