Telaga Village Resort

Staff was very friendly. Convenient location near all the services in the city and the beach.

The room was full of mosquitoes, as there was a huge whole between the ceiling and the walls. Non-existent soundproofing, bring ear plugs.

I had an early check-out and went to another hotel

My friend's room key could also open my room. The room wasn't clean enough.

The room itself was marvellous. The bed was comfortable and it was very clean. The staff was so helpful and nice, they were amazing people!

The resort itself was under construction which gave a lot of noise and it didn’t look very nice. The pool on the picture is also not how it was in real life. Lastly i had a TV in my room but it didn’t even work.

The proximity to the beach.

A bit noisy by the pool. Unfortunately there were renovations in the rooms across my room.

The staff were nice.

The room looked NOTHING like the pictures. The walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbours banging around at all hours. There was a flood light that turned on at night but that also flooded our room with light so we couldn't sleep properly. It was central but that also meant lots of noise from other tenants coming and going. This area gets lively after dark and other tenants had no concern about being noisy when coming home. The towels we got were old and a bit grubby. The bathroom is a wet room with the toilet in it but to shower you have to put the toilet seat up so it doesn't get wet. Ordinary. 3 days before the end of our stay they decided to start renovating some rooms across the way and it was so loud you couldn't relax in your room. We asked the concierge when they were going to stop as it was 6.30pm and she said they'd finish at 4pm. They hadn't so she went to sort that out and we were thankful.

Central location just off the Main Street

Too much tile makes it a loud property. You hear every door open and close mornings and evenings

The staff were so accommodating and allowed us check in early no problem! They also organized an evening of local food for us to try and we could not be more grateful to their kind hospitality! I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STAY HERE ❤️

Location and facility

no soundproof, bunch of rude foreigners keep taking and making noise until 2am when I told them to shut their mouth

The photos are extremely misleading and it’s also VERY noisy.

Bed was uncomfortable, can hear everything and looks nothing like the photos.

Breakfast at Telaga Rest and i wish they do something and provided proper meal. Tourist and foreigners are there to see an improvement

Rooms can be more confortable. Internet was bot available.

Position on the Island;Support from reception;The bed was big and clean.

Not according to booking pictures, from quality point of view. Walls are dirty, a lot of, scratches, everything is made to work,but very fast and cheap.AC remote was not available. True, I didn't ask for it, but shall be available for guests. BTW , AC was working full day/night.

Breakfast is at a restaurant around the corner Choose between 3 dishes - not bad.The ladies at reception were super nice and helpfulClose to the main road where all the shops and restaurants are.

The hotel and rooms look nothing like on the pictures on Booking Com Rooms and bathrooms super dirty and tatty. No bed lights TV not working no shelve in bathroom for toiletries, bed very hard and pillows so hard it's impossible to sleep on. The area where the hotel is - opposite neglected empty building and doesn't look goodI almost cried when we arrived there - so disappointed

Dirty and very old buildings with old furniture, beach full of sea-jellyfish

Location, large parking, nice staff, nice breakfast, near to beach and shops, nice environment, feel abit privacy even though located in Chenang which is very havoc at night.

Low water pressure and no refrigerator. Because its very hot during daytime and need cold water. They do have water dispenser but it a bit far from our room
